It’s a TGIG so they’re pretty much the same across the country. Food was ok but the main course took pretty long to come out. I had a whiskey glazed steak that was tasty but I didn’t taste anything that resembled a whiskey glaze. Staff was friendly and helpful but sitting in the bar area is a bit noisy and hectic. Will recommend and return

Our past few experiences at Friday's have not been good. Our food has been of poor quality. It is not the servers. It is when the food comes out that the experience goes down hill. This time my husband who does complain about food said "I don't want to come back here in a long time". That sums it up.

Endless apps took too long to come out, overall I enjoyed the food, just the last app I got waa just thrown together.

Made my reservation thru open table, got there 30 min later, on time, and was told it would be 40 min- hour before they started seating again and that my reservation was invalid. We were told the computers were down and so the kitchen was backed up and so they weren't seating anyone. Won't be going back as there wasn't even an apology or empathy for the people waiting. Needless to say, we left.

I reserved a table and they sit us in the middle of chaos people behind in front servers passing bumping into us and I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband because the loudness. We asked for the book right next to us and they said no because waiter had big party in that section the waiter was the one who took our order and 2 minutes later the booth got occupied. 😑

Food was good. Kids' food and apps came out quickly. However, we waited more than 45 mins for our main course which were 4 sandwiches and 2 sliders. It wasn't even busy.
