   I had a party of five. The restaurant was not busy at all. Although our server, Anastasia was friendly and professional, the service was extremely slow. Upon talking with our server, I learned that due to the weather, the management did not expect a big crowd. Apparently folks also called in as a ‘no show.’ (as typically expected during inclement weather. Our server was stretched having to serve nearly all the tables in our area. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our food and conversation. My tip reflected our servers diligent work in the midst of a challenging situation.

   Slow service on a slow night. Raw onion instead of sautéed with cold cheese a hot sandwich???? Hair on kids plates. Manager never came to table but removed the food with issues. Ambiance was good and the hostess was very polite and personable. All and all 2.5 ⭐️

   friday's has slipped. not the chain it was at one time. weekend night and half filled. steak has terrible.

   Service was terrible. I paid 4.99 for the smallest side salad ever. Food took forever to come. Very little meat on the ribs.

   We were going to eat before we took my 6 year old daughter to her first experience at the theater to see Wicked. We got stuck in a bit of traffic on the way and were about 10 minutes late for our reservation. When Jim, the manager, found out we had theater tickets and it was my daughter’s first show, he rushed to get our table ready and made sure our food was rushed so we’d have enough time to get downtown to the show. I was so impressed with his customer service!! This will become a regular stop for us when we’re at the waterfront from now on.

   Our server was very nice. The wait time for ordering and receiving drinks/food was very long. Appetizer was cold.
