TGI FRIDAYS - Waldorf
Our server was great. The food was great. We were very please
Great service. Good management. Big party was handled very well.
Extremely noisy due to the loud music. Service was very slow, waiter didn't seem to know what he was doing. I ordered a filet mignon & it was mostly gristle, I was able to eat very little of it. Luckily, when I told the waiter, he had the manager come over and she removed it from our bill. The mashed potatoes & broccoli were very tasty. My dining partners enjoyed their food, but we couldn't talk to each other without yelling, and my elderly parents wanted to walk out because it took so long to get waited on & to get our food. We won't be going back there.
Waiter Remmington was the best! He was very pleasant, helpful, and patient.
Maybe m, I have been here plenty of times and this was the worst of all.
The person who brought our food wasted drinks on the table and messed up my clothes. It was all over the floor and I was taking ice cubes out of my bag. It was my sons birthday. The manger took off the burgers bringing my tab down to $55 from almost $80 dollars. Sad thing about the waiter was that he actually admitted that he had wasted drinks on someone else earlier and didn't know what was going on????? I said to him then you should go home. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The manager then had to handle a fist fight between 2 females employees one of whom he was just chatting with 10 minutes before. The police and ambulance arrived which was embarrassing.
This was my second time going there and it is definelty last!!!!!
A damn shame! My meal should have been COMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Service was very slow. The waiter that was suppose to have our table completely ignored the fact that we were there. Noise level was way to loud..mostly the music. Food was fair.
Will not return to this franchise again. Food horrible, service not up to industry standards and I felt rushed.
Food was delicious and our server was attentive, great date night 😊
Waldorf is really beginning to be a lot like forestville. We had a rough time
Had a large party and the reservation was easy with OpenTable. Half of the group had to be present before seating us.
Everything was great until the wAitress ran outside and told us she didn’t split the check correctly. I gave her my debit card and she took the balance supposedly but when we checked the check again she overcharged us!! The check was split correctly as we requested so she actually got a $25.10 tip! I feel like she cheated us!
I made my reservation at 8 am for 4 pm got ther at 3:45 and wasn't seated until 5:45 and they were very rude never had this experience here before but I don't plan on going for a while
Food was average. Portions small. Service was good.
We were seated right away. The waiter, Eli was nice and friendly. He explained options and made suggestions. He overall experience was good. The only negative thing I have is the food wasnt hot enough.
There was a lot of people on Valentine’s Day but the food was still good
Love Fridays, favorite restaurant for the price!!
My husband and I went there on date night before going to see a movie, the waiter was great, food was delicious, and the overall environment was nice.
Will definitely be back
I and my guys of 20 had a wonderful time we have a retirement party that was amazing great restaurant job well done!
The service was good but they had the children waiting over an hour for some chicken fingers and fries it wasn't fair to them.
I made reservation for 11:45 a week prior and I arrived 5mins early and wasn’t seated until 12:30 and no one took our order until 12:50 food was served until 1:30 and one of my friends never received their food and wasn’t fed due to the kitchen being closed
Our servers wasnt paying attention
I reserved online days in advance but when I got there they had no idea so we had to sit in the lobby for 1 hour before we were seated. Once we were seated our waitress waited on us immediately and was awesome. She did an outstanding job working a party of 20.
We had a 5:15 reservation and the tables was not ready. We weren’t seated until almost 5:45. We had 1 waitress for a party of 15 which was a challenge but she was awesome. I ordered the pecan crusted chicken salad and had to send the chicken back because it was old and dry. The manager came out and got me a new one and it was ok. Then as I’m eating my salad they was a huge stalk from the lettuce in my salad. At that point I just wasn’t hungry anymore. I rarely send foood back at a restaurant but this has to be the first time I was totally disappointed.
I like FRIDAYS but the air conditioner was blowing right over my head and it made it miserable eating there. I usually enjoy it but my kids had to keep going outside to warm up. This time was not a enjoyable experience.
A lot of young inexperienced workers ..everyone seemed nonchalant like being there to work was not where they wanted to be.Waitress forgot about our appetizer,we received it after our entrees came out. Burger was very good but staff could use a little more training.
I brought my kids and their friends here for a nice little gathering and on 6/2/208 around the 8pm hour, we were seated and had a wonderful waiter. But one of the kids who was a 12 year old boy, asked for a Bacon Burger. We were told they were out of burger meat, carrots, cherries and fries. It was very horrific and I have never experienced anything like this before. The pot stickers had an aftertaste to it. I ordered two, and received one as my appetizer and the other came right after we were all done eating. My daughter who was 8 wanted her appetizer so she could have enjoyed with everyone else. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. So I am contemplating on coming back to the Waldorf, Friday as I do live in Waldorf, MD.
Waiter was very friendly and helpful. Food was great.
The food was good. The ribs were very hard and had to be replaced.
Prom w/ friends
I have eaten at this place before with my husband, the food portions were bigger. But when I went with a larger party the portions appeared smaller.
Awesome experience this to round
They were very polite! However the food was lacking in taste. It’s a shame.
Great food and service and inexpensive great time thanx
Tried open table for the first time. But when we got to Fridays they had givin our table away to a bigger party. And set us in the bar with to much noise. There was a waitress named Joslyn that made the experience a little better.
I made a reservation for 8:15pm, when i spoke with the manager over the phone she told me to arrive at 7:30 so my party can be seated by 8. We were not seated until after 9, the only time we were given updates is if I asked. I informed the host that I had made a reservations for 8:15 and was told to be here by 7:30 to get seated by 8. I even called beforehand to give them by ETA and was told by the time i got there, the table should be ready for my party to be seated. We waited over an hour, the food service was poor. It actually made my friend sick the next day. What is the point of having customers go online to make a reservation when you can’t even seat them at the time they reserved? And having us to continuously ask how long before we are seated. The customer service needs to be better.
The group I went with loves Friday’s so we chose to go there on a Monday night. Thankfully I made a reservation because the wait was over an hour. It took us over an hour to get our food and one of my friends food (which was chicken salad!) didn’t show up until 2 hours later. Yes we kept asking for It and sure enough, they just kept saying it’s on its way. I love Friday’s but they’re seriously slow and I can’t believe It took us that long to get our food. We got there at 5 and didn’t leave until 8:30 after waiting for our food and letting everyone eat. Sadly, no one cared enough that it took that long. You’d think they would since our overall bill was well over $200. Shameful.
We were very pleased with the food and the service. We felt that it was a fantastic place to enjoy each other’s company.
