Quick service and waiter was spot on with our special orders
Server didn’t pay us too much attention, we were waiting for our drinks for a while, I had to ask another person to bringing it because I was really thirsty.

Great location for lunch or diner when visiting Universal, especially if you are staying at the Holiday Inn across from Universal Hotel. They let us store our bags in the restaurant after we checked out which was really beneficial since we had to kill some time before catching a ride back to the airport.
Took my reservation 15 min late and server never came after 30 minutes. I asked for service and they said I should sit at the bar for service so
Well there was no table reserved for us and they told me they don't do that anymore....so why is it still on the website?
I scheduled a reservation and they set me down after the time of my reservation they were really busy and they took really long to come to my table to serve us and then food took really long horrible service
This TGI Does Not honor reservations made through Open Table. I had to sign in again at the restaurant and wait in line. The Hostess was very rude. The waitress was nice but forgetful.
Great customer service and environment. (customers as well)
This is the best Friday's I've ever been to. The Food was fantastic, the atmosphere was fun, and everything was all around wonderful.
It was just okay, could do with a clean when we were there.
Slow, food was rubbish. Wouldn't be surprised if this place closes down in such a popular area. Probably only got business due to hotels

This restaurant does not take online bookings!!! We booked online but when we arrived at the restaurant we were told that there was no table for us and that the wait was 35mins at least. Apparently the management know they don’t have the facilities to take online bookings but have not let any of the websites know. Seems poor form to allow people to book when there is no way the will get a table.
We got there after making reservation on Open Table and they said they do not take reservations... luckily it wasn’t busy so we were able to get a table. Crisis averted but not sure what happened

We've never had a bad experience at this location. Food is good. Drinks are good.
We waited for over an hour and a half for meal. The restaurant was only half full. Service was poor. Our party was split into two tables because of our size. One table was served and left prior to our other table receiving our appitizers. Two of our meals was under cooked. Some meals had vegetables not cooked without butter or sauce while other meals had cooked vegetables. Two steaks were grisly and tough. Manager did give half off. We still felt ripped off. This was the worse part of our Orlando experience.
The restaurant was swamped with people. I had a reservation but it was clear they weren’t using open table. After waiting some time, we decided we’d probably leave but then they decided to move us up and seat us right away due to the reservation being mentioned again. After that the food and service was fine, just weird that they had open reservations with a 30+ minute wait for a 2-person party. Poor management on the restaurant’s part.
Our waitress redeemed herself, but spilled coke all over me. Then it took over an hour to get our food, which then some came out cold. The Mac and cheese was so baked into the bowl that even turning it upside down wouldn’t make it fall out. Way too much money spent!
Very poor experience. Only good aspect was the effort of Katrina our server who was trying to cover the mistakes of the kitchen and the poor ‘seating’ by front of house. Hugely disappointed.
Q Was an amazing server she made our dinner so much nicer with her awesome customer service and smile thank you again we will definitely go back just to see her and mind you their was 20 of us and she got everything right and more thank you again Q
Was good but having allergies (lactose intolerant) and the menus not specifying where cheese was was not good. Had to send food back because of cheese in mashed potatoes. Was not mentioned on the menu. It would have been nice to eat my meal with my family.
We stayed at the holiday inn so TGI s was very convienent for us. We are here most nights as the quality of food was better than some places at city walk and the price was good too. We also had breakfast and lunch here on a few occasions and it was great. Only 1 issue during our visits was a server named Eric one of our party ordered a steak medium to wrll it came out rare when we told Eric he just said ok and walked away nothing was done to resolve our complaint.
Otherwise all other food was spot on and the other service received here was great I would recommend and we would come again if we was to stay near universal studios.
Called ahead to reserve also reserved through Open Table and was told they had a table, when i got there waited 40mins still couldn't get a table with lots of spaces empty. Hostess seamed careless. Date was 05/24/18 approx 10:45pm.
our waiter Richard, very pleasant and persistent. We didn't have to ask for anything he was aware of everything and remembered the drink , just asked if we'd like another as we were finishing our dinner. Very polite and next time I come in ill request him!

Love the OpenTable option to reserve a table. Service was quick. Food was great and hot. Very good experience.
Very busy as it Is next to Universal Studios. Very typical. Definitely easy to get to if you’re staying at a nearby hotels.

Never received food after waiting an hour to get it. Was sons birthday and left without eating. Very disappointed as were charged for our two drinks and one child food instead of everything being comp after waitress forgot about our food
Restaurant was very dirty there was food and napkins on the floor. We had the worst service imaginable. We had a server in training which was fine she was nice but her trainer had a terrible attitude. Our appetizers arrived and we had to request silverware multiple times. And finally had to get up to get some. Drinks were very slow to arrive and had to be reminded of often.
It took too long to order and arrive. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but waiter kept making excuses for late food. Waiter was rude to our team & was not a nice man.
Service was slow and meals were wrong.
Great place, great food but for the second time in less than 1 month food didn't arrived correctly and time manor with appetizer.
We dined twice at TGIFs this past weekend and enjoyed our meals and our servers!
It was terrible. Server was unapologetic for messing up the order. Service was slow.
Restaurant was under remodel but you could hardly tell. Our server was awesome (Laquisha). Good food and overall good experience.
Server made me uncomfortable and commented negatively on my food choices.
