TGI FRIDAYS - Thornton
The food was good. But the service was slow.
Our server was good and my food issue was not his fault. I had a salad with chicken and when it came it was like a hockey puck. He ordered more chicken but it never arrived by the time we were ready to leave. Manager comped my dinner.
Went on Friday and then we were told they no longer do Happy Hour on Friday. They gave us a Happy Hour menu but said they had cancelled Friday Happy Hours three days before.
Food was not that great had to wait almost an hour before getting our food. Waitress was friendly and kept apologizing for the wait. She had to bring me clean silverware as mine was dirty. We ordered our dessert to go because we actually couldn’t wait to get out of there
Well I made a reservation with open table but the system at TGIF was down so they didn’t see it. They did get us seated pretty dang quickly regardless. Food was meh, and bang for the buck was meh but the server was wonderful! Probably won’t go back for that, though.
Our server Ashley was awsome.
She always takes care of us.
Fathers day 18 , 5 customers and the waitress kept forgetting about us , almost 1/2 hour to get soda and tea , full hour for food that was cold lol
We really want to like this restaurant. It’s super close to where we live and convenient. However, every time we have been to this restaurant the service has been atrocious. Walked in and got a table that we reserved on Open Table and got seated right away. We then preceded to wait for at least 20 minutes before finally asking a server to help us. Service was ok after that and server that helped us apologized for the mix up. This is the 4th consecutive time we’ve gone there hoping it would be different. Still hasn’t changed. Don’t think we will be back.
Food & service were above average & restaurant has a number of new, interesting specialty cocktails. However, my complaint has nothing to do with the food. It concerns the restroom. The sink faucets were not all operational & restroom was out of hand soap. In a previous visit, I brought the faucet issue to mgmt., but still, nothing has been done.
It was a disaster. One order came out a full 30 minutes before the other 3 orders.
When those 3 finally arrived, one plate was undercooked, one plate everything was burned to the surface of the metal plate and the third was 1/2 cold and 1/2 hot.
The waiter tried but the kitchen failed.
My hubby & I had just frozen our tails off at the Broncos game and it was New Year’s Eve. Since we do not have a TGI Fridays in Casper, Wyoming we decided to go down the street and give it a chance! My husband had the bucket of bones and Mac & Cheese & absolutely loved it! I had Brussel sprouts (amazing!) & A chicken and pasta dish that was to die for! Our waitress was so patient, kind and helpful! Every time I turned around she was there filling our glass with a smile on her face! We will be back when we come to Denver next!!
Disappointed. Even with reservations it took an hour to get seated. Service was friendly but slow. Had to request deink refills multiple times. Dinner arrived a couple of minutes after our appetizers so we were unable to finish them. Two of us ordered Ribs and shrimp and they forgot the shrimp. After requesting them twice and still not receiving them we cancelled the orders. No one seemed too worried about it. Hopefully it was just an off night. We will definitely rethink going back anytime soon.
Took 20 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Food was below average.
Our waitress was friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were good. We will come back again soon.
