   My Son likes to celebrate his birthday here. His been doing it for a long time. Every year. We have been telling him to choose a different place. Finally yesterday. He said. Never again It took almost 20min for anyone to even say Hello as we walked in. The host was no were to be found. The waiter kept on looking over so finally he was like. Just sit at one of my tables. I’ll take care of you guys. Smh. Obviously not his job but he was nice enough to do it. Even the manager kept walking by without acknowledging the fact we’ve been standing there for a good amount of time. We waited for our food for a long time. My son got mozzarella sticks came with no marinara. We asked for it. It took about 15min. By that time. The sticks were cold he didn’t even eat it. It was a horrible experience for $150.00

   This is second time I’ve used open table to reserve table here and both times we get there and they say have no record of reservation. Food comes out old room temp like been sitting back there all day. This location is run down really needs new management to clean house keep your few good they have and weed out the rest that don’t care and just there to just say they have a job.

   Been several years since I've visited TGI Friday, probably going to be as many more before I visit one again. Perhaps it is because I've graduated to something else? Service is a little slow, waited 15 min before someone showed up and asked us about drinks; took another 15 min to bring water to the table. The hostess did not k ow what The Open table so took some time and another person to make sure I did not get "no show" strike. Food was a little bland and unimaginative. Otherwise, an OK place.

   Stoughton Open Table not efficient. People walked in & were seated before us. Host not in loop with open table reservation. Restaurant was empty & they were so slow & forgot we were waiting to be seated.

   Wanted to take my family out on Mother’s Day. So I successfully made a reservation the Friday before mother’s day through open table for 5:30pm. On that Sunday about an hour and a half before the reservation I called T.G.I Friday’s in stoughton, Ma, one of the managers answered the phone. I told the manager that I make reservations and to see if it was still happening and if I could come 30 minutes later. Manager told me that opentable website doesn’t work and the reservation doesn’t go through to them. So the manager told me that good thing I called long story short, manager said it was fine if I come in and tell the host my name and that I spoke with the manager and I would be seated ASAP. 5 o’clock comes around I’m there on time @ 5, I told the host what happened and the host was like “Okay give me a couple minutes.” I wait for 20 minutes and I came back to the host to remind her and she told me that they don’t do reservations on mother’s day. I repeatedly told her I spoke to a manager and it was going back and fourth. Then I asked to speak to the manager that I spoke with on the phone. The host then went to get him and came back saying that the manager wasn’t there and that they left about an hour ago. So apparently the manager left basically after I got off the phone with home. My name wasn’t written on the waiting list or anywhere and the manager didn’t let anyone know about my situation. At that point I wanted to take my family and my money somewhere else. Very disappointed in Friday’s I used to love it there. I will never look at it the same.

   The reservation was not received by restaurant. We have to wait for the table for 35 min. The reservation became pointless

    The restaurant was short staffed, they didn’t have a computer to check our reservation, the appetizer took forever and came out cold. The entrees were warm at best and at least half the restaurant was empty. We will not be returning to this location.
