TGI FRIDAYS - St. Louis (Ronnies Plaza)
Great service and delicious food!! Our waitress checked on us several times during our visit, offered refills when glasses were low and was courteous and polite.
Great server and food ! Thanks !
Very nice server, great food and what a bargain! 2+2+2. 4 potstickers, wonderful salmon with rice and veggies, and just the right size dessert. All times 2
The salmon entree was very good and I really liked the healthy vegetable medley that accompanied it
Our food was terrible, but service was great. Last year on Christmas we had great food and great service.
We booked reservation and arrived at the scheduled time. Hostess told us that they was still a 25-30 min wait... I booked a reservation?? So other people without reservations arrived and were told similar wait times. So what’s the point of booking ahead?? Once we were seated, waitress was very good and attentive. But then we revived the food. . 1 meal was piping hot. One meal was not even warm. The mozzarella sticks cheese had already solidified and potatoes skins were cold. The waitress did remove it from the bill.
Love that coupons are offered.
Most of the servers are excellent even when they're slammed.
Overall, the food is excellent.
Like the rewards program.
We had a 2:30 pm reservation for a party of 5 on Christmas Day. Our family was coming from an emotional gathering at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery. We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation, and were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. This restaurant was packed, but our server was at our table within 5 minutes after we were seated. Our server was attentive, very friendly, and efficient. After we placed our order, salads were served in a quick, timely manner. Our food was at our table within 15 minutes. We ordered a variety of dinner selections from steak, grilled salmon, chicken, and shrimp. Everyone in our party felt the food was very good! Although she was very busy, our server was very attentive during our entire dining experience, returning to our table often to check on us, refill drinks, etc.
The restaurant was packed and the noise level was quite high, but Christmas music was playing and we found the atmosphere quite festive and pleasant. It was a very positive way to end our family gathering!
We were very pleased with our dining experience. We would recommend this restaurant, and would definitely return.
The food and service was awesome.
I was so grateful the restaurant was open on Christmas Day.
I waited maybe ten minutes to be seated. The service was quick considering the entire Place was full. This was the best Christmas my family ever had.
I am so thankful for the staff.
They were all AWESOME!
We’ve been going to TGIFridays for Christmas lunch every year for at least 15 years followed by a movie at the theater. So glad this has become a Christmas tradition!
Great server, April.
We were seated right away even though we were early. Service was just ok, took a long time to get appetizers which is all we ordered. Food is expensive in my opinion for 4 appetizers, 2 cocktails, one sodait was greater then $70.00. Or maybe I'm just cheap...
The entrees were good, but arrived to the table only barely warm. We would have preferred our entrees hot when they arrive to the table.
The salmon entree was good as well as the chicken and shrimp entree. The whiskey cake was delicious!
The food was tasty and was served hot when it was brought to the table. The server was very good, but the table was not clean.
For a family of 4 expect to spend at least$60 if you only order a soda and entree,if you get appetizers it's more like$80. My vegetarian daughter had soft pretzels and fries, not much more available on the menu for her.Her meal consisted of a $10 appetizer and$3 side. I had the New York strip steak which was pretty good! But the steak options were minimal, only the large New York ($20) and a small round($14) were offered on the menu. I'd have liked something in the middle. I got mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes with my meal. The veggies were good but the mashed were cold. They don't have gravy as an option either. Strange. Overall,I like to go to Friday's several times a year when I get the craving. But the service is often slow or almost nonexistent and the bill is too high to do much else after like catch a movie with the kids.
Server was good and so was food but took a very long time, they were busy but not so busy that it should have taken an hour for the food to get to us after the order was placed
This chain specializes in the what I call “bar food” and they do it fairly well. Service was excellent as our server was very attentive. Food quality was average.
It was Valentines Day so we knew it would be crazy. We were seated quickly I know at other places that's not the case you could have reservations and still wait an hour but not here. Kudos to TGI Fridays. When seated we had 2 children who needed high chair & or booster seat. So not very kid friendly. My husband had look for 1 of them the other the bus boy brought over. No menus were given or silver ware. I know they were busy but that is the basics. No specials were stated or recommendations given we haven't ate at TGI's for years so we were not familiar with menu plus no Kids menus give had to ask. No crayons for kids to color while waiting. So really this place is Great Bar Scene for Younger drinking Crowd. Not really Family Place. The waitress was friendly and she did try her best on a Crazy day so not really her fault. I would say that I wish management would have been visible I like when managers walk to tables and ask how everything is.
Our waitress was the best! The food was great. It's been a while since I've been to a TGIFridays. I'll be sure to be back soon!
It always surprises me that TGIF still delivers good food and great service. I used Open Table for a reservation and was pleased to arrived to the restaurant with a long waiting line, but moved to the top of the list. Wait was less than 10 minutes. Great experience after the rush of the holiday.
Why offer reservation when you just put a person on the bottom of the wait when you get there. No reason they should offer reservation.
Despite the reservation, they seated us 20 minutes after the reservation time. Dinner was rushed because we had a movie scheduled to start 90 minutes after our reservation time. We made it, but it wouldn't have been as rushed if they seated us on time.
Great hostess and waitress. Great service.
Slow slow slow service
It was a great experience, And the food was great. The waiter was awesome
Fair. Not great, not awful. Just fair.
Grilled salmon was good
We enjoyed the entrees, which were chicken and shrimp, and the salmon entree. The chicken entree seemed to have smaller chicken pieces.
The entrees were very good, especially the bourbon barrel salmon. The server, Desiree, was excellent.
We hadn't been here in many years. I found the menu items to be overpriced and will not be dining here again without a gift card. Food service was slow (25-30 minutes) and the server was just okay. She did get me a new side because the fries were inedible. 5 minutes later. The rest of the food was good, but not worth the price.
Had reservations and had to wait, yet many empty tables. Service slow and inattentive. Food was warm at best, and ribeye was mostly fat.
Haven't been here in awhile and I remember why now.
The burger order was not delivered as ordered, otherwise, everything was ok.
Thank you for great bar service ... Dee did an excellent job!
The million dollar salad was delicious. We also love the bourbon whiskey cake.
Usually it is pretty good. What we ordered not so much. We will try other selections if
We go back.
This is a good restaurant that offers fresh food prepared well and is a good value
Our family likes to eat at T.G.I. Fridays. The and service is good and the prices are reasonable.
The food was prepared well and tasty. Server was good also, attentive and friendly.
Wonderful service. Sat outside Very enjoyable
