Waited way too long for the food to be served. Waited over hour and half. Food was just awful!!! Who ever the cook was on this night needs to go or put send back fir more training. I would like to give 0 star for tonight’s dine in at TGIF

We Went For The Weekly Deal Wednesday Which Was $5 Chicken Sandwich Meal Either Grilled Or Fried, Asked For Fried Told They Are “Pre-Made” So Can’t Change Which I Found Odd That A Manger Told Us Not The Waitress But Food Was Worth The Value. Definitely Appreciated The Bus Man Who Kept Refilling Our Drinks For Us Since Our Waitress Kind Of Went Mia After Our Food Came But All In All Okay Experience All Around May Go To The Tysons TGIF One Since Asking For A Chance Wasn’t A Big Deal There Oddly Enough

I enjoy their burgers, and their sizzling skillet entrees. You can always swap out different sides which are a plus.

We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes prior to my reservation only to be told that they would be closing because they didn’t have a dishwasher. The 15 people who had been waiting prior to my arrival were sent away.

We stood at the hostess stand for a good ten minutes along with some other patrons that had come in at the same time and no one ever came over to acknowledge we were there or to seat us . There were several waitresses on the floor and the bartender within view of the hostess stand and no one said anything. We left and went somewhere else

Servicevwas extremely slow. It took 18 minutes to be served ice tea. We had to ask repeatedly for the check in order to pay. The wait staff seemed unorganized but apologetic. That did not compensate for an unsatisfactory experience.
