TGI FRIDAYS - Southlake
I loved the experience got to watch the first have of the season no interruptions food was hot and fresh drink was fantastic customer service was on point 👌
The waiter took over 10 minutes to greet us properly, the appetites wasn’t good, hw didn’t being any napkins, my drunk didn’t taste good at all, and my blood from my steak got in my rice.
I was seated at a dirty table; took 12 minutes from there to have it cleaned. I was only able to request a drink because the server never actually stopped at my table... she sorta just glided by.
Thank goodness Longhorn is right down the street; I was able to order a great to-go meal. I then sat back, slowly sipped my drink and watched the faces of several disappointed diners. In fact, the lady seated next to me vowed that that was her last time there. I literally watched our server take 15 minutes to close her ticket and provide to-go containers and bag; everything was done in a piecemeal fashion!
The Manager appeared to have no control over the situation and instead of trying, chose to join the craziness instead. Dragging 2 and 3 plates of hot food to wrong tables.... he even slid my drink to me from the end of the table as if I was sitting at the bar; I had to holler at his back for a napkin and straw!
The best part... free chips and salsa because she forgot to ask for a rewards number. However, still NOT good enough for me to return.
It was ragedy looking, the booth seats were torn, couldn't tell who worked there because of the different uniforms
Place stunk , no service long wait even tho there was empty tables
Even with a reservation if you still had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to even be seated it was very packed we was not greeted at the door and overall I just did not enjoy
Our server was great, not sure of her name though! Lol The host and hostess were horrible. No greeting, we had to go to them to even put our name in. However, overall it turned out as an okay experience.
The waitress was awesome!!!! She did an outstanding job! We had a large party and she got everything correct. She was nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu!!!
After getting off the flight we found Fridays There was a new guy in training can’t remember his name but he and his server were great although they forgot to bring out food for one person at the table. It took about 18 extra minutes but the manager discounted the bill which was nice
The service was great ! But then our drinks were water down. It was just a lot going on.
First let me say. I made reservations via OpenTable. No one was at the door to greet. When the greeter showed up I mentioned I made reservations and her response was don't worry you didn't need them. So I'm hoping this does not mess up my account with OpenTable.
After being seated. Our server, can't remember her name right now, eventually showed up and took drink orders. She returned to take food orders. Service sucked because no matter how many times we tried to get her attention of the 100 passing by us we figured she had on blinders. She didn't check back or acknowledge the "excuse me" or "hand waves".
Food comes out cold! Apparently she forgot about the food too. Instead of complaining to management. just reflected in her tip along with a TIP.
I used to like coming to this location, but this visit was by far the worst.
They don't accept online reservations so even thought I made a reservation online when I got to the restaurant I still had to wait and the wait time was 30 mins so we sat at the bar because we were going to the movies after and 30 mins was too long to wait.
