***REMOVE TGIFRIDAYS from Open Table****WHEN WE ARRIVED AND SAID THAT WE HAD A RESERVATION THROUGH OPEN TABLE, THE HOSTESS TOLD US THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE SHOW UP CLAIMING THAT THEY HAVE A RESERVATION BUT THEY DON’T TAKE RESERVATIONS.

I rate it one star for the very reason, I made the online reservation, only to arrive then be informed that they dont do reservations or advance seating. Why offer it and not honor it,not only that but I decided to sit at the bar and eat instead of waiting 30min for a table that I reserved 30min prior to arriving. Sat at the bar and observed bartender & a waiter that had just served a table,stick their bare hands(no gloves)in a fruit bag that is used to make drinks for customers, the bartender made a drink,the waiter had some fruit for himself as he taking a break eating and semi-serving customers. That was just a bit unsanitary for me & my wife. I know things go on in the back kitchen that you don't see but in plain sight to be doing that suggests that it goes on quite a bit and boils down to poor management. Which this restaurant has had a great turnover rate in the last few years. It was one of my favorite restaurants period,let alone this one was very nice,but now I dont know if and when I'll go back here. We left and chose to dine at the one in downtown Memphis on union. The experience was pleasant, great service, although they stated the same thing about not doing reservations. Oh yeah Friday's you all may reconsider the switch to big ribs from baby backs. The taste,tenderness and overall quality is very poor,nothing compared to the baby back jack Daniel's ribs that was on the menu before.

Good service staff. The restaurant does not have access to the technology to honor the Open Table reservation. The first end seaters need the iPad/device and training. A lot of customers left because of this issue.

They did not honor the reservation made through open table and informed me that I would have an hr and 30-minute wait.

At first I was disappointed when I found out that they didn't honor the reservations that they post on the internet. The wait was long but not so bad for a late Saturday night. The food was very good, along with the cocktails I ordered. Overall we will revisit this location, it was pretty great.

Booked in OpenTable but when we arrived the establishment had idea what open table was and we still had to wait.

Made reservations on Saturday via Open Table for Mother's Day evening. When we arrived just before our reservation time, we were told that the system is supposed to be blocked for weekends and that we did not have a reservation. Hostess was rude and unapologetic. Needless to say, after driving an hour and 45 minutes to meet my parents for Mother's Day, we went to another restaurant for our Mother's Day dinner.
