When I arrive, the hostess told me that they no longer accept Open Table.
It was just what we needed
First, don't use open table to make reservations here. TGI Fridays does not get it. a table of 9 is a big surprise for a busy restaurant.
everything was ok. nothing special.
The experience was enhanced because we had a coupon. Nonetheless the 2-for-$14.99 special gave plenty of good food plus leftovers for lunch. They also carry the Beyond Burger, which was a win for my vegan spouse. Not crowded at all on a weeknight, so reasonably quiet.
The service was not good the food was cold and the time we received was to long i reserve a table online receive confirmation i got the restaurant and i was told thay did not have a table for me
Generous portions, huge Cobb salad, delicious broccoli and mashed potatoes
Service was incredibly slow. Drinks took a half hour to come and the two we ordered came out ten minutes apart. When our food finally arrived the salads came out with the main course. As for the online table reservation, it was a waste of time on my part to do so. We we arrived on time I was told they had no access to the online reservation. Well with my handicap father this was unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this Friday's to a friend nor will I return myself. My local Friday's has been pleasant, but this experience has tainted it somewhat. Sorry.
Our meal came out before the appetizer. The food was average and so was the service. Okay for everyday food. Nothing special.
Food was OK and not delivered as promised. One of the party had to leave early and his food came out with everyone else's. He had to take it to-go. It wasn't busy and hard to imagine why the food took so long.
Service was ok. The bartenders couldn't make a lot of the basic drinks we requested.
It was really nice , we got the 2 for $25 special which is 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 desserts for $25 plus tax ! It was a steal! The food came out super fast and the service was great! I would totally recommend it for a date.
The staff were great. Made everything go smoothly and got our orders out fast!
This Friday’s was not really living up to TGIF usual level. Was OK food but really not presented that well. French onion soup was broth with MAYBE 3 onion pieces and a lot spilled onto the plate by the time it came to me. Our server was friendly but stretched between a lot of tables. Had to ask a few times for items. People at front desk had no idea what Open Table was and said they don’t have a reservation system. We were fortunate to get there during a low time otherwise we would be waiting to sit.
Not our best experience. The reception desk said that they didn’t take reservations. Said it was a management issue??? Not sure about OpenTable, but their website has a link to make reservations. Luckily they weren’t busy. We had to ask to be seated away from the loud bar area. Our server seemed fairly new and not very interested in us. My wife asked for a large wine portion which came out as a normal pour. Our server didn’t seem to get it. It did finally come back by way of the manager who said it was a large portion. We said yes it is now, but wasn’t before. Server didn’t notice the bar area put more wine into the glass. Food was good. I had the cheeseburger. Hard to mess that up. My wife had the Cobb salad with steak, which she said was really good. Would have rated higher if the server was more attentive and the reception desk hadn’t made the reservation comment. Management needs to fix, or this location is not going to last much longer.
It took an hour for three salads to come out. We were seated quickly because I made a reservation online, but the service was very slow. The waiter was apologetic and altered the bill but this is not the first time that lunch has taken a very long time to come out from the kitchen. Needs to be addressed.
The server never came back to ask of we wanted refills on our drinks.
This rating is based on past experience with the restaurant. Unfortunately when we went this time they were temporarily closed due to a system malfunction where they couldn’t run credit cards or communicate between the floor and kitchen. We have always had good consistent meals at TGI Friday’s. We enjoy their specials. Sometimes it does get a little noisy with the bar area open to the main seating area, but you expect that going in. Always a good place to go for a decent meal. The wait staff is always attentive.
TGI Fridays no longer honors military or their ID. This is a general company policy for all TGI Fridays... good to know.
Their blender was broken so they could not make any of their specialty drinks.
They PROOFED US for a glass of wine and a draft beer - we are 75 YEARS OLD! Are they freakin NUTS?
Atmosphere sucked. This was not comfortable like other TGI Friday’s we have been to.
seated us at a dirty table.. watched them cleaned while we stood there looking a fool. Then we sit down and wait about 30 mins for our server(felt like forever) then we ordered our drinks and food. She then never brings the drinks back until 45 mins... then the food comes out and I just asked for togo because i was annoyed being there. get home and the food is incorrect. This isn’t my first time going there and it’s still the same. TRASH. they need new management and respectful team members.
Food was pretty good. Had to send the broccoli back to be heated. The service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond to bring drinks, condiments, whatever. She was good making menu suggestions and very attentive, friendly, conversational and polite.
Had a reservation for a large group from work but found that we had to wait an additional 20 mins once we got there and informed our arrival for the table to be setup and readied.
The food itself was decent and the server was quite pleasant in handling the lot of us. Food was also at our tables fairly quickly without much wait.
Exxcept for the initial wait overall experience was fair.
The food was fair but the service was not so good. The food came more than 30 minutes after we've ordered. It was a Tuesday noon time, the restaurant was not full, still had a lot of empty tables. The wait time for food was simply unacceptable.
They service was slow they only had one bartender. And 2 severs and she moved slow. And it took .40 min to get a drink. The manger was rude. And did not help the problem they are very unprofessional. . I would never go back there every again.
I was seated immediately. 15 minutes after I was seated, my server greeted me for the first time. 35 minutes after being seated, I had finished my soda and eagerly awaited a refill but still had no chips & salsa. The chips and salsa arrived 40 minutes after I was seated (though the salsa was less than half of the ramican, so I ran out long before the meager pile of chips was done; and I was so hungry that I ate the chips plain because I didn't see my server in time to ask for more salsa). My dinner (a burger) arrived 50 minutes after I was seated. I asked for a dish of ice cream for dessert; good thing I like vanilla, because I didn't get a chance to specify a flavor. Once that was done I had to wait a while for the check. The entire meal (arrival to departure) took exactly 90 minutes -- not what I was expecting on a pretty quiet Wednesday evening.
We have always enjoyed this Fridays location. The food is reliably good. The servers always refill drinks in a timely manner.
THIS RESTAURANT IS THE WORST. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD WAS MOSTLY NOT EDIBLE. HORRIBLE.
Took 15 minutes or more to get lemons for the iced tea. Entrees were bought to the table after about 20- 25 minutes. When we asked where the appetizer of salsa and chips was, which was ordered before the entrees, it came within 1 minute. We wanted the appetizer while waiting for our entrees.
Sadly, they were unserved via waiters. Thankfully, our waiter was a dad with a girl the same age as our granddaughter. He was about to get off work but he made certain that he took care of us. We had been seated in that "it's not my table" zone. I made certain I paid our bill early so that I could give our waiter an exception tip for his exceptional service.
