   Restaurant was fairly empty with no wait yet our food took forever to come. We inquired twice and were told the kitchen was backed up. I'd hate to see how backed up it is when crowded. I suspect they were short staffed.

   Too bad TGIF seems to be going down hill. Use to enjoy going but I’ve had some poor experiences in a few locations now. This visit was really a new low. Our server while friendly was overwhelmed by the tables he had and his style of getting one item at a time. We had to ask 3 times for basic items for the food that was served. Finally got a side of vegetables and sour cream for a quesadilla AFTER EVERYONE was done eating their meal. This was even after me getting up to find the manager who said he would take care of it. Coupons were mis-applied also but I didn’t have the patience to wait for that to be sorted out. I’m EXTREMELY understanding when I’m out at a restaurant but this experience was especially poor. Oh and I had a severe stomach ache afterwards to boot. Don’t recommend and likely won’t return

   Have dined here many times. Never realized it was on Open Table. Great news since there is usually a wait. However, when we arrived and told the hostess we had an Open Table reservation she said "I don't like Open Table reservations because people come & expect to be seated immediately and that's not always possible. " I told her it was my understanding that even if there was a wait it would be next available & that was okay by me. And then she stated "it's not like it gets you anything in the long run." She seemed surprised when I explained about the points you accrue & the rewards. Someone needs to explain how the program works and she should be more welcoming to Open Table users.

   Pretty good food. This location has pretty good service . Our food came out quick and was overall good. The server was attentive and friendly.

   Overall an OK experience typical if a casual food chain. Major disappoint was that there were absolutely no holiday decorations.

   1. Reserving through Open Table meant nothing as they do not take reservations. 2. Service was slow and unfriendly. Our server took our order but did not check up on us. He passed by our table a few times without asking if we needed a refill even though drinks were almost empty. 3. Food was passable but not good in value or appetizing in its looks. 4. Place was half empty but they seemed to be short staffed as there was a 25 mins wait 5. Ladies room was filthy Overall, would not come back to this location

    Service was very poor. Asked to hear the local beer selections (as the menu instructs) and the server told me to turn around to view the tap handles at the bar. Food was sub-par even for Fridays.
