Great server. Very friendly and provided great service.
It was great but it always takes a long time to get our bill for some reason.
It took forever to get a server. The menu choices keep getting worse every time we go. Almost all items are calorie filled. They took away some good salads and the veggie mix. The only real vegetable is broccoli. The best thing was the credit card machine which they brought to the table. These have been used in Europe for many years so your credit card is never out of your sight. All restaurants should use them.
26 Birthday celebration for my son.
It did not take long to get a seat on a Friday evening. The food was great and our waitress was pleasant and attentive.
Everything was good! Marissa was our server. She did very well & made drink referrals too.

Service was terrible, food was bad and seemed as though it sat for a long time - we went at 11am (right at opening) so there’s no reason for that!
Chicken was cold on the inside and luke warm on outside, quesadilla had definitely sat, and there was hardly any meat in it. Fries weren’t hot. It was all over a bad experience and we won’t be returning.
The waitress was so lazy. We’re waiting at least 30 minutes to order and more 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Why people don’t just do their best to clients. Next time I’ll search for other restaurant
6oz for a steak is not enough. You can’t go there if you’re really hungry.
Their food is great. It’s probably the best American restaurant I have ever been to. No other TGI Friday can compare with it. I was amazed of the food quality. Two thumbs up!
It would be nice to have more vegetarian options. Bring back Broken Noodles!
It is fine for a chain restaurant. Food was ok. Noice level were high and super crowded.
I’m a regular at this place. Unfortunately on Christmas day everything was off. No idea what was happening in the kitchen but we had to send our appetizer back and also our food back - twice.
The smell was also pretty bad inside.
We went as a small group of seven patrons from work to celebrate for a holiday lunch. In the restaurant, and the same time, there was a huge group there for a celebration also. The restaurant staff were just attentive to our small group as the larger group and that made us feel very valued as customers. The food was great, the service was wonderful, and the budget was just the right price!
All staff, beginning at the door, were exceedingly pleasant. Food (I'm on a special diet) was just as I ordered. Waiter checked in with us at just the right time and was pleasant without being cloying. As we exited, a staff member jumped up from behind the desk and held the door for us.
I like their back ribs. But the servers in this restaurant, especially the Hispanic ones, are rude and condescending. I am another minority person. I need disrespect from them. The woman at the desk looked past me when I was at the front of the line waiting to be seated. She acted as if I was invisible. I talked to the manager. I should file a civil rights complaint.
Out waiter Jordan, was just amazing. Always checked in, made sure we had everything, offered her opinion. She was very hepful. If you see this than you so much!
Food was pretty bad. My husband didn’t even finish his steak which NEVER happens
Our waitress was very good. Food was served hot.
The service was horrible. The order was cold and wasn’t fulfilled correctly and they only took $2.00 off the bill for shrimp. I have never had $2.00 shrimp. Mentioned birthday and nothing happened. In any case FRIDAYS service has really gone done over the years.

Not very clean, trash on the entrance of restaurant, tables greasy, long wait for service. Needs an effective manager.
Food was good. Service was atrocious! At least three of the wait-staff were sitting at the table behind us chatting with friends, taking shots, etc. the whole time we were there. They could not be bothered to check on our table, or refill drinks, etc. We ended up asking for the check after appetizers the service was so poor.
Fun place to go. Very energetic. Excellent service and food. Staff was very attentive
Server was too harassed to pay any attention to this diner. Know what is good there and ordered same thing.

Always delighted to see Jessica, who is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the food served there. They have a new program, called All-In. $10 for a few choices of appetizer, entrees and a mini-Bundt cake for dessert. The pot stickers and the creamy pasta were great. You get a very small bite of cake, but enough to appreciate the creativity it took to prepare that.
The Jack Daniels back ribs is what I usually get here. It is consistently good. The Cole slaw wasn't fresh but the house salad was good.
Bad experience from the moment we sat down. Hostess was pleasant but we waited over 5 minutes for a server before asking who our server was. Finally we were greeted by a young lady who told us she was not our server but would take the order to give to our server. We didn’t see our actual server until much later and it was for a brief moment. The first server who took our order came by to drop off the appetizer and we didn’t see our actual server again until the end. By this time the manager had come by to check on tables, ours being one of them, and I explained the service was poor and the food had come out incorrectly. He asked if the food should be recooked and by that time it was too late and we declined his offer. He apologized for the poor service and offered dessert and a card for an appetizer or dessert on our next visit. Our server came by for a brief moment afterwards to ask if we needed anything else which again was pointless because she never checked on us during the meal to ask if everything was okay.
Every time we come here it’s hit or miss yet we keep coming back hoping the visit will be a success but it seems we get more misses.
Inexpensive and choice of full or half portion for your meals.
It was a Father’s day , food wasn’t as expected specially the Steak ; chicken sizzling was fine

The server, Jessica, is so alert, pleasant, and eager to please. Ask for her and give her a nice big tip.
In my wife's and my opinions, the Jack Daniels ribs are the best ribs dinner you can find anywhere at any restaurant, regardless of price. And the service was thoughtful and prompt.
Love their Jack Daniels ribs. For the next 5 weeks, they have a special on a full rack of ribs plus two sides for $12.99. Who could beat that for such good quality ribs?
