Food took way to long and was cold. Waitress was flying pass tables couldn’t get attention when I asked for a specific thing she gave me what she wanted and she didn’t give correct change

made a reservation with open table, restaurant said they didn't get any info about it and said it would be hour long wait even though there were dozens of tables open on a Sunday evening. Sat us anyway at a small low round table in the bar area even though we had a group of 5 with 2 young children with us. Don't know that we will be going back ever again!

Well, to start I can't say I can critique the food or the atmosphere because the comically poor service didn't get us that far. On Valentine's day, my date and I had a reservation made, and when got there they could not honor the reservation as they said the "service was down". We decided to eat elsewhere as the restaurant was full of angry customers swearing up a storm since their reservations were dropped as well. Normally, I love TGIF, but this was truly dissapointing.

I was very disappointed with the appetizers. The cheese potatoes with the bacon were burnt and dried. We had the waitress take them back and she bought new ones out. She also didn't bring any plates for the appetizers. We were waiting for over 5 minutes and another waitress got them for us.

Seated right away. Food came out quickly with no mistakes. We also used a coupon quite easily for our party of 7 at lunch. Too bad this formerly bustling restaurant is much quieter now.
