   The server was very scary, received no napkins, found hair in the food. Waited at least 10 minutes until we were approached.

   We did the 2 for 20 and it was ok, my burger was cold but my boyfriend enjoyed his meal! Good deal

   The kitchen was very slow which of course makes the waitress slow. Also the oil used to make our appetizers and fries was old and made the food very dark. When I mentioned it to the hostess, she didn’t seem to care. She could have gotten the manager, done something!

   I've gone here for a while, but in recent months the quality has been severely lacking. The quality of both kitchen & server staff seems to be decreasing, as the experienced & friendly faces I am used to seeing are disappearing and lower hiring standards are clearly being implemented. The wait time on our food & drinks were ridiculous, and I am quite certain it was our server's fault, who at one point, 15 minutes after we ordered, asked us if we were ready to order... Another server from a different section at one point whistled at a group of women to get their attention and asked them if they wanted a booth (in his section), blatantly and obnoxiously stealing their business from another server who already had them seated. I won't be going here for a while now. Between my server disappearing for 15 minutes or more at a time, the food coming out slowly and often wrong, and the unacceptable behavior on account of the staff, it's more worth it to drive to the Fridays in Seekonk if I really want jack daniels sauce that badly.

   We ordered a side of fries to go with our meal. The fries came out alone 20 minutes before our meal. When our meal did finally arrive, I mentioned this to the server and then a few minutes later to the waiter. Both times I was told they would bring another order of fries, which they never did. We never got water which my wife requested. Took forever to get the bill and to top things off, the restaurant indicates to Open Table that we never showed for our reservation. It's been at least 2 years since I last went to TGI Fridays. Tonight was a reminder why.
