   They are not capable of seeing open table reservations. The hostess said they ran out of silverware and the table and menus were filthy. Worst experience ever

   The real only plus is we went went during a snow storm so it was almost empty. Food was just ok. Server seemed to have a tude, probably cuz he had to work during a snow storm. I live in Northern California and there pretty much not one TGIFridays anywhere. I see why.

   Fantastic Vegetarian Burger! The best I have ever had. However, the Simply Grilled Salmon was overcooked (despite my concern toward proper cooking made clear upon ordering) and extremely underseasoned (including the sides included). I loved the waiter, James. He was personable and informative.

   We reserved a table online since it was a Friday night and we had to be somewhere after. When we showed up "the ipad was down", 25 minute wait. That was disappointed. They ended up getting us in in 10 minutes or less, food was good, service was good.... over all fine, just disappointed with technology... also took a little longer than ideal to get in and out, but not horrible for a Friday night.

   The food was good and the waiter was awesome. But the thing that really made me mad was I made a reservation for me and my wife on Valentine's day for dinner at 7 PM online around 8 in the morning. I get there around 630 and they told me the tablet was dead and my reservation was no good and I should of called. It was a 45 minute wait before we got called for 2 people. But the waiter was awsome and hooked us up for the trouble

   I was visiting from FL and we decided to go to your restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic; wish I could remember his name. Food was delicious and the portions were good. Love all the special combos that our offered.

   When we booked on open table we included a comment that we wanted to be seated outside. It turned out to be raining that day. About an hour before our reservation time one of the restaurant managers called to let us know their patio would be closed because of the weather and to see if we were ok with that. I really appreciated getting that call because it let us know ahead of time that we should not bring our dog as we had planned to do if eating outside. Due to the weather I had planned on calling to check on this before we left, but I really appreciated them recognizing the write in request for outdoor seating and their calling us ahead of time to let us know.
