The server who was also the bartender was horrible. Forgot stuff, kept rushing us when ordering, and food was horrible. I worked for this company years ago and obviously their standards have been lowered! Very sad! I used to love their food but will not be back to this location ever.

My wife and I hadn't been to this Friday's in many years, since we had a bad experience before. However, our waitress was very nice and the food wasn't bad. Unfortunately, trying to enjoy a meal while your shoes are sticking to the floor, under your table, takes much away from the whole experience. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the restaurant is.

Made a reservation thru OpenTable. Arrived at the restaurant to a line of guests waiting to be seated and/or adding their names to the wait list. No host(ess) in sight. Phone ringing off the hook, no one answering. Waited and waited and waited some more. Hostess finally comes up just to tell everyone she'll be back soon - without helping anyone in line waiting. Several folks in front of me left, tired of the poor service and waiting. Finally the hostess came back and when it was my turn to speak with her, I let her know that I had a reservation. Her response: "I don't have any way of looking that up." Um, what? Why was using OpenTable for reservations an option if the restaurant has "no way of looking that up"?? So my name got added to the regular wait list rendering my reservation absolutely useless and a waste of my time.

Major issues this night. So its about 7ish at night i called 3 times before finally someone answered which was bartender asked if there was a wait she rudely me she didn't know maybe 45min i said well can we find out she transferred me to host she was very nice said it was only 20min we arrived within 10min waited few min got sat 4-6min server finally greeted us took drink order in the meantime we r few steps away from kitchen, my husband and i and are 3 boys were with me we hear very loud screaming in kitchen cursing and sounded like someone throwing things. I was beyond upset i told server we were not staying that was so uncalled for! We were so disappointed havent been to tgifridays in a while and were excited to eat there and was huge let down by how things were ran for a weekend night they lost a lot of business.

Was very disappointed. I’ve been to T.G.I. Friday’s before and never had a bad experience until now.. it seems like the chain just changed a lot. The food was poor quality the service wasn’t personable the restaurant and bathroom was dirty.

This was our first time at this Fridays. The food was very good. It came out hot, which is important to us and everything was tasty. Our waitress was a very friendly, on-the-ball young lady.

After ordering appetizers for the kids, I ordered a salad. The appetizers were delivered and I inquired about my salad. After not receiving the salad I inquired multiple times and indicated that I did not want my salad with my main entrée. When the manager delivered my entrée I indicated that I no longer wanted my salad. Then I noticed that my entrée was delivered without the shrimp that it was ordered with. Although TGI they made it right by providing the shrimp as a side, I never received my salad.

I tried their new veggie cheeseburger and wow! Surprisingly great. Definitely worth going again to have that. We were seated at a booth by the bar and the service by the bartenders was not that great at all. I'm not sure why they didn't seat us in the regular restaurant. We didn't even order any alcoholic beverages.
