They don't have a way to have the app read at location they said ya gotta call after I set a reservation then had to wait the app is useless at Plymouth location

After having loved the Whisky Ribs at TGIF in Dartmouth, we were very disappointed with those in Plymouth. It seems that the kitchen merely added some of the sauce after cooking; they certainly did not have the same rich flavor that we anticipated from our Dartmouth visit. The fried green beans were quite good, but the coleslaw needed to be more creamy. TGIF has a problem with their menu: you advertise the full rib plate for $12.99, and then don't let us apply the military discount. Yet the ribs and shrimp platter on the same menu insert was granted that discount (server gave us two checks). She was trying to be helpful, but rather rudely pointed out the miniscule print at the bottom of the menu saying other discounts could not be applied (yet she applied it to the second check). You should either honor the military/veteran discount, or drop it. (This issue with the discount occurred after we saw an item for $28 on the bill which was not ours, making it necessary to revise the bill). We were not encouraged to come back, given these issues.

Quick lunch with a gift certificate. After seeing a 2 for $20 deal on TV and receiving emails because I have the app we were planning on it. We were told not applicable there, but we are not really sure why. SO DISAPPOINTED Service was good by Larry and he handled it well with our disappointment so we decided to share a Whiskey Burger which was good and cooked as requested.

They said they don’t take reservations after i made a reservation online. My power was out after the storm and had no food because my refrigerator broke. Terrible
