   The Plano location does not accept open table reservations. That was disappointing! Our server was awesome! The food was delicious.

   Even though I had confirmation of the reservation from OpenTable, when I got there I was told they are not connected to OpenTable any longer. This left us stranded for dinner on Christmas Day with so few restaurants open. Not happy.

   This is the second time in a row that something we have ordered has come out cooked improperly. Last time it was a hamburger for me that was supposed to be medium and was served rare. This time it was a steak for my husband, same thing, but really raw in the middle. The server was great and took it to be cooked more. They made a new one, which was nice, but it took over 20 minutes to get it. By then I was done with my meal. We spent way more time there than we wanted to.

   My wife and I came in for the rib special. A full rack of ribs along with fries and coleslaw. We substituted onion rings for the fries (for a nominal fee). They make some of the best ribs in the city. Their whisky glazed sauce is great too. Service was top notch, so it made for a very nice dinner.

   We waited 55 mins for our food after having asked several times including the manager. Then we ordered endless shrimp with the slab of ribs and got 6 to start and had to wait 20 mins for a 2nd serving with 6 . And we made reservations in case it was busy but it was not

   They have updated their menu. One new item is a filet mignon. My husband had it and said it was cooked just right.

   We were told upon arrival that they do NOT accept open table reservations, even though we had made one several hours in advance on our cell phone apt. they made us feel uncomfortable, like maybe we were imposing on them. The food and everything else was fine, with the service being a little on the slow side

   Food and service were ok. Disappointed that they have taken the Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad off the menu.

    Service was slow, multiple options in the menu where not available, and food was not as good as other locations
