TGI FRIDAYS - Pittsburgh Consol Energy Center
Open table allowed me to reserve a table for 4/16/2019. However, when I arrived at the restaurant and said I made a reservation on open table the front desk person said they were not looking at the request due to a hockey game next door. Why would open table allow reservations to be made if the restaurant was not even looking at them. It was a good thing we planned a little early and there was no problem getting a table, but the possibility existed that we could have been out of luck if we arrived any later.
The waitress did not appear sincere when inform that a piece of food did not taste right. Her respond was what do you want her to do.
Great location before a Pens game!!!!
We had reservations made for over a month. The day before the reservation I received an email to confirm the reservation. The day of the reservation I received an email stating the reservations were cancelled due to overbooking. We were taking friends out to celebrate and had to make last minute changes which was very inconvenient.
45 minute wait after our opentable reservation. They had to split our group into 2 parties. Food was mediocre. We wont be back. They blamed it on the concert for the delay, which is why we used opentable to begin with....
Went to Fridays before the Justin Timberlake concert. It was extremely busy; we had a 6:00 reservation and weren’t seated until 6:20. Food service was slow, but fortunately we had plenty of time. Friday’s is great for decent bar food at a reasonable price. The beer was cold too!
There needs to be a better system for event nights. I had a reservation which was great however my 12 year old daughter and I had to sit in the noisy bar. It was overwhelmingly crowded and uncomfortable for her.
We were seated at a table by the hostess. We sat at the table for 30 minutes, and no employee ever greeted or served us. We told an employee, and they did not get our waitress. We left.
I like TGI Fridays as a rule. This one appeared to be run down compared to most of the ones I visit.
