   TGI Friday’s has greatly deteriorated from is heyday. The menus were old and staples coming out, the tables were a bit worn, there was no decor, just bare walls and floors and a huge noise from the very loud customers. On a Saturday night, though a dreary wet, cold one, the place was more than half empty. The waitress tried but did not have much finesse. The food was very good and low-priced. I would not return, despite the quality and price of the food.

   1st Hostess was very rude, even tho we booked online 2 hours a head we still had to wait. She stated they never saw our online reservation. Spoke to a 2nd hostess who seated us but area was very filthy. Waiter was wonderful very attentive Synai

   I ordered chicken pasta & come to find out they didnt have any garlic bread to go with my meal. I think they shld of told me first & I could have ordered something else instead. For further reference I will find out first.

   Did not honor my reservation time. Had to still put my name on a list upon getting there and had to wait an hour to be seated. Food was good. Typical TGIF food. Host was apologetic but still don't understand why i was able to make a reservation and still had to go on a list upon arrival.

   The customer service experience was horrible the guest before us was having a issue where a sever spit in her food. I didn’t stay. I didn’t get seated or greeted.

   We waited 20 min to have a waitress and our our order in.. we have a 1 year old with us who was also hungry.. we waited almost an hour for our spinach dip that looked like something from a jar at wawa. We finally got our food over an hour later. We were pressed for time as we had tickets for an exhibit at 6. The restaurant was not crowded so there was no reason why this happened to us. We will never be back to the Philadelphia location again.

   The waiters at the door were rude just standing there and never greeted us as walked threw the door. My reservations were for the second floor outside terrace. The waitress explained on Sundays no one is scheduled outside and reservations on Open table reservations should not have accommodated a reservation for two because we only reserve seats for a party of eight or more not two people. After we were seated the salad had too much dressing on it. After we ate I had to call downstairs to get my waitress who was nice but took too long returning for the check.
