Made a reservation for 3. Checked in at hostess stand and was told they do not accept reservations. Showed them my.confirmation from Open Table, but was told we would have to wait 30 minutes for a table. They did not honor our reservation.

This location does not accept OpenTable reservations! After arriving for our reservation we were told they can't receive the reservations so they don't honor them.

Destiny took great care of us! Our reserved table was ready when we arrived 5 minutes early and the food was delicious.

TGIFridays does not subscribe e th Open Table. When we arrived there was no reservation. Fortunately, they were not busy and we were able to get a table. Spoke with manager and he said that they have tried with corporate to fix the issue of tgifridays being hooked to open table but obviously they have not had success.

The service was excellent (thanks Levi!) and the 2+2+2 menu was excellent! Just found the music a bit too loud for good conversation.

Our Sunday lunch was delicious. We all ordered from the special two for $20,22, or &27. We had Salmon and Ribs. Everything was wonderful. Our server was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us excellent service. The manager checked on us as well. Will be back very soon.

My family and I came here around 7 PM on a Tuesday evening. It was quite empty & it looked like there was lots of staff walking around, so it was surprising that the service was so poor. First, they didn't take our drink order for about 20 minutes (like i said, there seemed to be plenty of staff and a nearly empty dining room) and then it took about another 45 minutes for us to even get our appetizer. They forgot something (a sauce we ordered) and we had to ask a total of 4 times over the next 30 minutes, speaking to multiple waiters who had come by to bring us our entrees. We aren't picky or high-maintenance people in any way, so it was very disappointing that the service was terrible. I love this place but this isn't the only time it's happened, I remember years back the same patterns reoccuring at T.G.I. friday's. I guess my recommendation would be to hire servers who actively listen & check on you, and don't make customers have to justify why they want something (someone in my family simply asked for more chips in a polite manner and the server asked "why" which was very... odd) anyway, no hard feelings of course, just wanted to share my experience, and hopefully it'll provide the business & others some valuable feedback.

We arrived at TGIF at it was rather empty. Even though it was empty, it took 10 minutes for our waitress to even come and get our drink orders. That kind of set the whole night.

I don’t know why I was able to make a reservation and have a confirmation then get there and have the hostess tell they don’t take reservations. Uh I have a confirmation. Such a poorly run Friday’s anymore. Hate to have to find a new place to have my board meetings but looks like I may have no choice.
