Food was good, server was excellent....friendly, personable, helpful. Really appreciate having that kind of service.

Made a reservation, still had to wait 10 minutes. There were multiple open tables and the host sat 2 other people before us. Come to find out she forgot to write our name down. Waitress took 10 minutes+ to greet us/take our drink order. Ordered a Laguinta IPA and after 15 minutes of waiting, waitress brought a Rebel IPA and didnt confirm this was okay. Husband ordered filet, came cooked properly, but cut of meat was horrible. Was stringy and literally seemed to grab onto to the knife. Tried the Tinley Park location as well and had horrible service. Bet they wont be open very much longer due to service and quality.

Great whiskey glazed hamburger! Yum! We had the onion rings and tea. Really good !

Everything was great as usual! William was our server and did everything he could to make our meal pleasant.

We got to Friday’s and were seated immediately in the bar area. It was NOT crowded. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came and asked us what we wanted to drink. Two of the people in our party had the Endless Apps. It took forever to place an order for more apps and to receive them. When we got our bill we were charged one time for the endless apps and then a minimal fee for each app that they ordered. In fact the two people got their initial apps and ate them, ordered more apps before I even got my sandwich!

We had a very good time enjoying well prepared dinners. The server was very nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable

I always enjoy the food here just the service was poor. They took forever to get our orders and food. Other people that came after us were attended quickly while we were still waiting
