   The heater was broken and its February in Michigan, so the building was very cold. The server spilled a drink on the table when delivering, then never cleaned up the mess. As we were not brought napkins or utensils we were unable to clean it up either to the mess sat there awhile. Took half-hour to take the order, then took a long time for the food to come out and it didn't come out all at once. Brought up issues to staff, got a non-genuine, non-caring response. Unlikely to return.

   Place was ridiculously cold We had to eat with coats on ! Service was not great either Really disappointed

   Please fix the heat! Everything was great, but the whole place was freezing, except the bathroom, which was a sauna!

   Had many open tables, said that the open table app was not working and then proceeded to tell me in would be another 25 min wait

   Only 3 waiters for a party of 15. Took almost an hour to get drinks & food was somewhat cold when finally arrived

   On a Saturday night there was no host... took over 10 minutes for someone to seat us and one other group. They were also under staffed. Everyone working was behind the bar making drinks. We didn’t get greeted at our table for almost 15 minutes. Server was so busy he forgot to ring up an item to go. We ended up waiting another 20 mins to leave. Very disappointing. I’ve been here a few other times and have had similar experiences. Will not make the mistake again to come back.

   Severely understaffed. Many dirty tables as we entered the restaurant. Had to flag down a waitress to get service. If a manager was present, they were not helping much. One diner got a meal other than was ordered. On the plus side, out waitress seemed like a lovely person.

   i made a reservation at 8 pm and we arrived waited 45 minutes and then was told i had to wait for a table that would take another 2 hours i asked how if i already reserved a table they are very unprofessional. i will never go there again.

   Did not even have the chance to eat there. Manager told us that they don’t take reservations anymore and they don’t use open table. Even when I showed him my phone with the reservations he said it’s not his problem and to call corporate. There were many open seats when we got there, was told 30 minute wait and he had an angry mob at the check in spot with other parties questioning why they weren’t getting seated even after 30 minutes. There was a constant stream of people just walking out.

    Service was horrible although the restaurant was not busy and has less than 12 guest
