Ordered apps, entrees and kids meal and got everything 1.5hrs later expect the app. Wtf. Slow as crazy.

everything was fine but the hostess really acted like she didn't even want us to come in. she told us we had to sit at the bar which was full so we sat at a high top table our servers were very nice. but you really want a nice hostess to greet you so you feel kind of invited to come in the restaurant.

Service was poor for many reasons. We asked for hot water with lemon and needed to remind our waitress two times about the lemons. One of our meals was missing an item and when we noticed, we were given attitude about still wanting it. Um, it was suppose to come with it so it's your fault for not bringing it. I ordered wings and wasn't asked what sauce I wanted. Not a big deal cuz i forgot and our waitress forgot. When my wings came with ranch i politely requested blue cheese and i got subtle eye roll and blame for not requesting it when I ordered. Maybe you should've asked me before bringing it out? Food was good and lived up to our usual expectation from what we would get at usual TGIFridays.

Yuck. WAY overpriced (much higher than other tgif's) because of the location, I suppose. $9 for a cup of soup?! And the food sucked, the soups sucked, my chicken quesadillas were basically raw onion quesadillas (even after I requested no onion) Just gross, overpriced food. And we had a direct view into the kitchen... I won't even tell u what we saw. Ugh. Avoid this location like the plague - otherwise u might get it after eating here.

The food was delicious and the service good. The hostess needs to learn how to smile though. Our first impressions were not good, she was very unfriendly.

It was a 45min wait for walk ins but since we booked on One Table first we were seated immediately! Awesome. Waitress was fantastic too. Brought drink refills before we even asked. Kids liked the kid meals and adults liked their meals as well.

They got my husband's burger wrong, redid it and it was completely cold. We waited while they seated other who showed up after us before us. They are overpriced. I'm from Chicago and the meals were +$3 more at least. My cheese wasn't even melted on my sizzling chicken and cheese. I would not recommend or suggest this Friday's. All I wanted was to go to my favorite restaurant while on vacation and was completely disappointed.
