   I had to go inside to get our menus, the waitress was taking an extremely long time at the next table and did not aknowlegde us even after 16 minutes, so i went inside to get menus to start our selection. Danisha came out to help and did a wonderful job and received 25% tip.... Thank You Danisha.

   Your server was nonexistent. She came by twice. To get our drink order and to give our bill. The reservation didn’t even work. Ended up waiting because they said they don’t take it. The food was ehh. I get the late night effect but still simple apps could still be made properly.

   I got to the restaurant expecting to have a table ready for six, unfortunately that was not the case. The table was not ready the reservation was not in the system according to the young lady that greeted my family and I. She let me know the wait time for a table would be 5 to 10 minutes. False we waited for thirty minutes. Mind you the restaurant was not full when we arrived. I was disappointed by not having our table ready better yet not even having our reservation in the system.

   Horrible service - hostess never greeted us to seat us (and restaurant wasn’t busy at all) .. when we finally got a table, waitress took over 15 minutes to take our drink order .. we waited another 15 minutes and our drinks - water and soda - never came ... we walked out ... staff doesn’t care at all about service ... wouldn’t return

   First of all that make a reservation that they have online IS False! They don't honor the reservations online, Is false advertisement. If they don't do reservations why does it allow you to do it. Thinking I had a reservation I got there on time and they tell me they don't honor reservations and I have to wait 45mins. for a table. As I look around the restaurant there are like 25 tables empty and a lot of people waiting, I ask why are there so many tables they say because we only have 2 waitress. so they have half the restaurant close and only 2 waitress i the floor. This is the worst place ever! Very disorganize and they need to hire more employees. Instead of paying for such a bug space they don't use. I will never ever ever go bacjk to Frays and will tell everyone I know of the hobbler experience

   When I received my good it was cold.. and this seems to happen every time I visit this location.. The waitress never asked how’s everything, is there anything else I can help you with not did she offer napkins. My son asked her for the steak sauce she said okay and walked off as if she was going to get it so we waited 2-5 minutes and I looked back to only see that waitress having a personal conversation with one of her colleagues, so I told my son to go and get the sauce and then she handed him the sauce.. The silverware was dirty and had food on one of the knives smh.

   The waitress was rude. The food came with no order whatsoever and everything was cold. The kids pasta took as long as the adult burger. The table was dirty and when we order desert the waitress desapear. We had to ask to get another waitress. The manager may want to consider to be at the saloon checking all his personnel that instead of being serving tables are either taking next to the bathroom or liming next to the cashier. An awful dinner.... such a pity for a place that use to be so good

   The server was very good but trying to handle to many tables causing her to forget request the fried shirmp my wife ordered was to saltie overall we had a nice time

   It was my nephew graduation. He wanted to go to TGI Friday. I made a table reservation but when i got there the host told me that they dont accept table reservation for 4 or more people. We had to wait over 45 mins almost an hour for a table. The waitress didnt have a clue as to what she was doing. The food didnt taste like anything. I ask for loaded mash only got chesse I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I PAID 70.00 FOR A LONG WAIT, POOR SERVICE AND BAD TASTINGS FOOD. THE RESTURANT WASNT CLEAN PLUS IT HAD A ODOR.
