   Host couldn't seat us due to lack of menus, unfortunately the restaurant was half empty. Eventually were seated at a dirty table with food on the floor. We asked the host if we could move. He said he'd be back after he seated the party he was with. He went back to host stand via the other side of the restaurant and never came back. As we were deciding whether or not to leave a very nice server came by and agreed to move us. She also cleaned the booth prior to seating us. Let's see, no pricing on the mixed drinks, server was not aware of it or pricing though did offer to check on any i might like. I took a chance on the BFM, Best Fridays Margarita. All booze at the top awful mix tasted like it came off the shelf at a discount chain and to top it off no salt or garnish. BTW like $11 bucks for a margarita that can't touch a $5 one at Chili's. (Servicable at best) Ordered appitizers, pretzels and whiskey glazed chicken strips (used to be my favorite) pretzels were ok, sauce was gross. Chicken strips were puny, overcooked and few and far between. It was an awful experience, haven't been to Fridays in a long time because of drop in quality. This visit showed we were right to do so. We will not go to Fridays again. The one redeeming part of the visit was the wonderful server.

   Had the big ribs. Not the same flavor as the Jack DANIELS ribs. Was disappointed. Wife had burger. Cooked perfectly. Could not log into my TGIF Rewards account which made me mad because I had points for free food. Waitress said there was no way to look up my account info in house. Cost me $40 when I was planning on free. Grrrr. I’ll still go back. TGIF is excellent.

   Ordered the filet, medium rare and was first served medium well, it was supposed to be 8 ounces not sure it was 5 ounces. The did reserve it now it was rare, I kept it but was clearly a poor quality filet. The manager who served it agreed that they are not a good filet. I was surprised that he admitted it. The other 2 meals were ok. My mother had a coke, which the color was off, I tasted it it was a really watered down coke, not sure it was working correctly. Not sure I would return. No one offered anything off the bill.

   The only negative was it was a bit chilly in the bar area, however that's often the case at restaurants so I always bring a sweater/sweatshirt.

   A good example of this national chain restaurant. If you've never eaten at a TGIF then this a is a good one to try out.

   Sad it is no longer there. I always loved their broccoli and cheese soup and jack daniels sauce.

   Steak was disgusting, poorly cooked. Long wait. Several errors with order.

   Reservation was a waste of time arrive 10 min prior to reservation time and waited almost an hour to be seated with no one else waiting. Service was horrible even thought there was a lot of empty tables. Will not be back
