   We went to this restaurant specifically because we could join the wait list before we got there. We joined the wait list online, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told, “We don’t do that” and that it would be a 45-minute wait. If you “don’t do that,” then take that option off of Open Table. Please note... We did not actually eat at this establishment, so my ratings for food, service, etc. may not be accurate. This review did not allow me to skip the ratings.

   So apparently The store i chose to use for my son's 18th birthday. We reserved a table so we thought for 6pm on Nov. 8th. When members of my party started to arrive they were told that their restaurant does not take reservations and are not using the open table. The hostess was rude and seemed like we were causing her to be irritated. We were not seated until about 6:40pm. And only because I asked to see the manager who immediately got us seated after cleaning off a table that has sat the entire time we waited dirty with dishes and glasses. The food was good and waitress was top notch. Please review closer the places you are making reservations for. I was told I should have called to verify my reservation. However when I placed the reservation I was under the impression that I have a confirmed reservation and did not need to call. As so now I will not use your open table website to set up reservations.    Our table wasn’t ready. We were not acknowledged by our server for 25 minutes and I had to go back to the hostess to let her know. Food was okay, service was slow.

   Our Waitress, Brandi was excellent. The restaurant facility appeared to be very old and in need for an upgrade.

   Hi we were looking for a nice but quick meal. Hostess and server were great. My wife had a great burger and I had a very tasty combo meal. I had sirloin steak, bacon wrapped shrimp, Brussel sprouts and veggies. The only thing I'd ask for the chefs to monitor the temperature of the meat and shrimp. Both were cool. The meals definitely did not sit in the kitchen long based on our order time. My guess is that both were pre cooked which I'd understand for the shrimp but not the steak.

   The restaurant was great, but they do not take reservations from Open Table. You need to indicate on you website that they don't take reservations. You even sent me a confirmation. It was a good thing they weren't busy since it is over an hour's drive away.
