   When we got there i let the host know we had reservations he told us they dont do reservations ? That it would be a 25 minute wait which had me very upset because I would of never made a reservation if they didn’t have it available as an option on there website.

   Everything was fine except when we tried checking in we were told they were no longer part of Open Table. They are still listed on the website. Why? What about points?

   We enjoyed our visit to TGI Friday’s. The food was great and the waitress excelled at your service! We were disappointed to learn that they will no longer be a part of Open Table, the host said it’s not right for their restaurant but had it not been on Open Table we probably would have tried something else. Hope we still receive our points for visiting them.

   I had to find someone to seat my group of 7....They were not packed, but still seemed short staffed. Waitress didn't check on our table like she should've. The waitress literally brought out my sandwich with fries as requested...but there were literally 8 small fries on my plate...I requested more and the manager apologized. All of the drinks were mixed horribly.

   Food was good but very small portion of salmon and chicken. Service not so good and everything was dirty and sticky.

   We made an online reservation but when we got there, the hostess said they dont take reservations. There were tons of tables not occupied but hostess would sit any of the parties waiting.

   Older location. Server was not very attentive. Last resort stop, was hoping to be in and out quickly, however she rarely stopped by the table in a timely manner. Food was as expected.

   Service very slow. Had to ask our waiter multiple times for items. I.e. had shrimp but no shrimp sauce. He kept forgetting. Took forever to get our chips and salsa. Overall extremely slow

    Terrible service the place was freezing we ha d to wear our winter coats we weren’t by the door at all. The place was dirty we couldn’t get silverware to eat out appetizer till it was cold. We couldn’t get a refill to save our life’s. All in all stay away!!!!!! This place is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
