   Really did not need a reservation as 1) it was New Year s Eve 2) we were early - Appetizers were really good!! Service was excellent!!

   Hadn’t been to TGIs in a few years because of bad experience but kids wanted to try it again. Should have went with my gut. Waitress was horrible asked for water first thing didn’t get it until I got up and asked someone else after we got dinner. My chicken was tough and veggies were cold like they reheated the chicken after the wait for the rest of the tables food. Restaurant wasn’t busy at least 5 open tables yet waitress never checked in I apologized for delay in food. Table wasn’t cleared ended up putting app plates on uncleared table next to us. Host at door was great, friendly and held door for us.

   Everyone was very friendly. Service was fast at 7 pm on a Saturday night.

   We ordered a drink that was featured on the drink menu...they didn't have one of the ingredients- We told the server we were in a rush and that we would appreciate getting our meals as quickly as possible...ordered burger and sandwich...took well over 1/2 hour to get served after we were told the original burger had been dropped in the kitchen. They tried to make it right by removing the burger from our check. Fries were cold and not as ordered. We've been going to TGI's for years...always was a reliable spot...not this one.
