Worst meal ever! Not only did it take forever they messed up our meal, they promised a credit and never followed thru. Completely irritated and will never go again!

I've been to the Methuen TGI Fridays several times and have never been disappointed like I was on the 23rd of May. I took a group of friends there and the service was not very good and the food was disappointing. Not sure what was going on that night but I can tell you that my friends do not wish to go back there. Which is a shame because it could have been an every Thurs night thing.

We have literally never walked out of a restaurant before. However, after 32 minutes without even water, we did just that. In addition, when we arrived, they said they didn't actually take OpenTable reservations and then looked at us like we were crazy when we asked to be seated. There wasn't anyone else actually waiting for a table and the restaurant was practically empty. Finally, after some awkward exchanges they sat us and we proceeded to wait 10 minutes for a waitress, another 10 for her to come back to ask if we wanted to place our order, and after we said we really just wanted our drinks and water first, we waited another 12 before deciding to walk out. Noone noticed! Crazy awful experience.

I don’t want to completely blame the restaurant for the service, but there wasn’t many people there to begin with for it to take so long. I had reserved a time with 10 people and it took at least 45 minutes to get our table. Also, everyone received their food at different times so we couldn’t enjoy it as a whole together. The waitress was not present as much as I expected her to be due to serving other customers. Maybe they were short on staff, I’m not so sure. But overall, the experience was not as good as it could’ve been.

Great place to get appetizers and drinks. They switched up the menu since last year so definitely worth going and trying some of their new dishes. I got a fun salad and my boyfriend got a chicken dish, both were excellent.
