Made a reservation for New Year’s Eve thinking that we would be able to sit down and eat and drink. Got to the place on time and the host (a Caucasian lady with a ponytail) told us before we even took two steps in the door that the kitchen was closed. I told her we had made a reservation but she said the kitchen was closed and no food would be served. She wasn’t rude so it’s not her fault but what’s the point of reserving a table just to drink ? Our reservation was for 11:45. We were disappointed but ended up going to Bahamas breeze and having just as much fun. There shouldn’t be reservations for places that closes the kitchen. It’s pointless ! We won’t be going back there as we hadn’t been in years but had a craving for ribs so we planned the evening there.

The chips for the spinach dip where soggy and oily. My wife ordered the bourbon glazed burger and it came without the bourbon glaze or the bacon. The cook disassembled her original burger we sent back and added the missing ingredients instead of making a new one. Waitress was nice but the cooks need to pay more attention.

I reserved my table and arrived for them to tell me their kitchen was closed. Their closing hours are 2AM everyday. The kitchen was closed at 11:40PM when I arrived.. very disappointing!

Place is average. Service was slow from the start. We had two servers come by and say "will be with you shortly". Fairly average experience. Food was good. I like the Beyond Burger so that is the main reason we go at times.

When we got there we were told they do not accept reservations I told them that we have a confirmation from opentable and they said they don’t know why since they don’t do reservations

This was the absolute worst experience. Knowing that restaurants would be crowded on Mother’s Day, I attempted to proactively reserve a table for my family’s lunch outing. I received numerous emails informing me that my reservation was complete and even received an update today that my reservation time was coming up. All of this effort and the notifications were a waste of time. When I walked in and told the hostess that I had reservations I was informed that reservations were not honored. I told her that I received confirmation notices. She asked if I made the reservations on Open Table and I stated yes. She replied “oh, well we don’t do weekend reservations.” I had to inform my family that we didn’t have reservations. We then retreated to our vehicles where we called restaurants all over the area trying to find a short wait time. Truly horrible and lacked customer service.

TGIFriday's failed to honor my reservation for Mother's Day and said Open Table shouldn't have accepted it. Very embarrassing situation it created for me on a special day.

This dining experience was nothing sort of awesomeness! And I contribute that to the waiter/ host with the most Jason I ordered the salmon dish which came with a bed of rice pilaf vegetables. Thumbs up!
