Don’t book on Open Table, Friday’s does not honor the reservation!!!
Don't bother to make reservations on OpenTable for this TGI Fridays. We made reservations and walked to the location in the cold only to be told that they do not take online reservations! A complete bust. Arriving we were told the wait was over two hours.
Don’t make a reservation using this app. This TGIF’s DOES NOT use open table at this location.
Had a reservation and had to wait for a table. They were even busy, they just had a dozen tables that never got cleaned off with gross food sitting on them. The only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered and when we got the check. We didn’t even get our silverware until we had already had our food for 10min. Truly a disappointing meal. Will not be back anytime soon
My dinner was good. The waiter was helpful an nice. Wait time for food was excellent. I loved the reservation option no waiting and it was pretty busy
The server disappeared several times during our meal and didn’t provide refills or process our bill in a timely manner.
Upon entry we were told we could not be seated because they were no longer seating people even with reservations. After a few minutes of trying to get an explication as to why we could not be seated we were told “fine we can sit you but you aren’t going to get any food for at least an hour.” I could understand if the place was overflowing with people but it didn’t seem to be half full. It was a busy night with a lot going on Downtown which is why we made reservations. We ended up staying for a drink (Miller Lite) which was flat and left hoping to find a more accommodating restaurant.
Great food but service was very very very slow (it wasn't that full either) Had to wait a long time to get our food, then they didn't give us our sons food, so I think they had to order it again and it took even longer. Food portions are good. The place is nice but slow.
Also they said they did not accept open table reservations, luckily there was not alot of people and we went straight in to be seated. so just FYI they don't use open table (or that's what they told me)
First of all, they don’t actually take reservations. Even after I showed the confirmation, they said they don’t have access to the information. Secondly, our waitress was unfriendly and inattentive. We had theatre tickets and gave ourselves two hours but it wasn’t enough time for our group of 6.
First they don’t use OpenTable for reservations even after I showed the app and our reservation to the hostess. Not sure I’ve met someone so rude and hateful in a long time.
Food was average at best. Restaurant was disorganized and tables weren’t cleared for new guests.
Our waitress was very nice and attentive.
They had no notification that I reserved a table and didn't know what I was talking about but accommodated us really well. The waiter, Rob, did well of entertaining us as well as serving us.. the food was delivered on time and was very good
Food was good but we went on our lunch hour. Took an hour and 20 mins from start to finish. With this location being downtown, I feel they should have an Express lunch menu Monday through Friday for working people in this area.
Service was HORRIBLE, horrible isn't even the word. Our first waitress came over 3 times, brought us water and said all 3 times she would be back and NEVER came back. We had to go find someone to take our food order, another waitress came over to do that and then 2 guys brought our food out. Never saw another waitress or anyone after receiving our food. Not once! The hostess had to get our bills for us, then they weren't even right - the manager then split all 4 of our bills down the middle, which was still not right - they didn't even bother to come over and ask how we wanted the bill separated. So I ended up paying $18.63 for some potato skins. Worst experience ever
Food was really good. Location was awesome! Fourth Street Live is a fun place to visit.
It was just ok. Waiter didn't really know the menu. It is what it is. Just ok.
Waiter forgot to put in our appetizer order, so that was comped. Food was delicious, especially the bacon wrapped shrimp
We made a reservation for a Saturday night and when we got there we were told that they didn't take reservations and it was first come first served and there was at least an hour wait. We had a very nice dinner at a Mexican restaurant down the street.
Even though we made a reservation through open table, TGI Fridays did not honor the reservation.
We did not even stay to eat. We walked in behind a mother and two year old who were told they would have to wait twenty minutes. The place barely had any patrons. It was empty. Then when we were asked how many and we told them we had a 7:15 reservation, the hostess told us we would have to wait 35-40minutes! Ridiculous. The hostess was lazy and rude and didn't even have an excuse. We will never try to eat here again. No wonder no one was in there eating!
Without open table we would have waited over an hour but got on the app and reserved a table and was taken right in. Our server was great and so were the drinks. We shared the big appetizer plate. It was average chain quality food. The mozzarella sticks really didn’t taste or look like cheese though.
Service was great, friendly, and quick. I had the cobb salad with steak. It was a good salad, nothing extraordinary, but fresh and filling. My niece had the kids mac and cheese with fresh fruit. The mac and cheese looked very average but I was impressed with the fresh pineapple and strawberries and mandarin oranges. Not very crowded for 7:00 on a Saturday. Santa even stopped by as we were leaving.
No endless appetizers at this location. That's one of the main draws for us.
Just fair service and the food experience we had was beyond terrible. Food was brought out uncooked and some was still half way frozen. Won’t be back.
Server was great, but the nachos I received was horrible. Poor excuse for nachos, it was like the cook did not care.
We were seated within two minutes
Our waitress was fun, and witty . Quite up to theee old guys cutting up with her
The restaurant didn't even acknowledge the open table reservation. They didn't seem to keen on current technology
Excellent service...fantastic dri.ks amd food.
The overall experience was great. i wish that we could have seen the front part of the stage for the concert. but everything else was great. Thank you.
They did not honor my reservation that I made 3 weeks in advance with this app. They don't do reservations at this location. Very disappointed.
Apon arrival I was told they do not accept reservations ans the current wait was 35-45 minutes. I showed them the confirmation from opentable and they told me to give them 5-10 min. So i waited 10 min and asked again. They seated our party of 6. The waitress seemed annoyed and unhap4. She warmed up to us and ultimately our experience got better and better. The food was delicious.
Terrible service. Took an hour to receive food, served warm beers, mediocre food.
We arrived at this restaurant for our reservation which apparently did not exist. The hostess said they do not accept any type of reservations. I explained I made it on Open Table. The girl said I know what you are talking about, but we don't accept them.
Does not accept reservations via open table. Don't not book and expect to get a table!
Worst service ever and they wasn't even busy maybe 6 tables. Going off the service we received I can understand why they are not busier. The food was good about what you would expect out of a TGIF
I made the reservation for dinner at 8:15. Upon arrival we were told they didn't have our reservation. We were told that the system had been installed and they did not want to participate in Open Table. So we called Eddie Merlo's and they got us right in!
When we entered restaurant, they informed us that they do not honer opentable reservations.
I made a 5:00 pm reservation. Probaly didn't need it because the restaurant wasn't busy. Wich was good because they couldn't find my resevervation. We were seated and still waited until 5:30. After that all went well.
