   I was very disappointed that after creating and confirming a reservation, TGI Fridays told me my wait would indefinite. We left to eat elsewhere.

   They had no record of the reservation.. large number of people waiting to be seated.. we gave our name and told it would be 20 minutes.. after 25 minutes I asked at the desk how much longer I had to wait to be called.. I was then told we were already called and did not respond.. we were waiting right near then reservation desk. I insisted we be the next group seated. We were seated immediately and I spoke with the manager who apologized and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer the next time we come in..

   I made a reservation but still had to wait 10-15 minutes. However, the service and food was amazing, so the short wait was worth it.

   Restaurant was cold. Service was slow. Meals did not come out together so that some diners were finished eating before others got their food.

   They didn’t even use our reservation we got a high table instead of booth and the service was real slow.

   It was a slow night. Service was slow didnt get our drink or food order right. Drinks came out slow (no alcohol was ordered) food was burnt, pasta sauce was even worse then the burnt burgers. Very unsatisfying

   Food was not cooked well done as asked for. Waitress was not too good. Mgr wasnt tbe best neither. I usual never complain but Fridays was not up to my expectations tonight.

    Horrible all around plus they said they dont even use opentable for reservations because they have no access to it
