My husband and I decided to go to TGI Fridays a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. Not only did we waiter on the server, but 20 minutes to get a soda? The server was obviously brand new, however she should've been shadowed by another employee. After waiting about an hour on a simple app and another 30 minutes on my entree it finally arrived to my table. I had the food sent back due to it being cold. Not happy at all. This was unacceptable.

The service was absolutely phenomenal as our server was outstanding, However, the food was abhorrent ... 3 of our 5 orders came out either burnt or raw and had to be redone multiple times to get them correct ... Sergio, the MOD, was ambivalent to it all and acted as if he couldn’t care less that he was training new people on the grill and they kept making mistakes on the food prep ... very disappointing experience due to the food quality and lack of concern of management. Our server, on the other hand, aside from being very friendly, was more than apologetic and handled herself very well under the circumstances.

We were a party of 8 celebrating a birthday. Dinner was slow at best. Four out of eight dinners were either way over cooked or completely wrong. The two dinners that were wrong were replaced with inedible, overcooked salmon. One piece was so small they should have been embarrassed to serve it and it was almost entirely black. We love TGIF's but would never return to this location.

We went as a family to celebrate surviving the week. The service was fast, friendly, and accommodating. Menu was appealing to kids and adults. Food came quickly

Good evening overall. Service was quick and very good. We both got ribs, they were delicious but orders were extremely small. We didn't leave hungry but not extremely satisfied either. Usually go for appetizers and drinks, might just stick to that.
