TGI FRIDAYS - Lake Zurich
The experience was horrible. We’ve attended this restaurant before, and had a great time. This time was nothing close to that. Our waitress was very slow and didn’t check up on us regularly. First our drinks took close to 10 minutes, we ordered 3... A beer, a mixed drink, and glass of wine. We then ordered our appetizer, thinking she’d come back soon to put in our entree. We were wrong... we tried getting her attention several times, nothing worked. We then asked the manager. She walked by “you got this?” Then proceeded to walk. Not just this, but a party of 4 (we were a party of 3) had came in after us. They had received there meal before we received our appetizer. I understand things are busy, and it can be a stressful job, but come on... I took a sip of my beer, and it had this vinegar taste, and the Long Island that was also order wasn’t too tasty. She took both of those off the bill, but with attitude. I’m a very passive person, and I usually just let things slide under the rug instead of confronting. I’ve never been so annoyed with someone before. Another family came in after us, and guess what, you’re right, he ordered a bud light. Now I know she didn’t let the bar know about the bad beer, because well you made it this far. I waited to see his reaction on the taste, and guess what... he didn’t look too happy 🙂. Oh yeah, with this amazing experience, guess what we got. A free appetizer, or dessert... which if I read it correctly, you get that when you download the app 😉.
Food is meciocre, prices too high. You have to pay extra for sauce . You can get better at a non chain restaurant for less $$

Great service at the bar and hostess.
Food was just ok this time. We used to love coming here. Steak was dry and the chicken quesadilla was over filled with peppers and onions and barely any chicken in it. We were very disappointed since these are the meals we do like here. The mozzarella sticks were the best part of our whole dining. Our server was Hannah and she was great.
Took a while for us to get someone to service us. Finally after 15 mins we got drinks and ordered
Food was very good. Unfortunately ordered my steak medium well and it came pretty rare.
Entrees were good but the drinks were bad.
On this was the worst dinner ever. We came at 6 and they were short wait staff. So Dinner took so long. We didn’t even get to eat we had to leave at 715. My kids and I were so frustrated. I was so stress worried that we would it get food in Timely manor. I was right. Paid a lot of money to sit for an hour and have to take the food Togo. Waitress was so good with what she was dealing with it well
Was dinner with my kids. We had time in between events. Staff was kind and fast. Will go back.
Our server, Alan, was excellent. Conversation-friendly restaurant. Unfortunately, they recently changed their menu. “Big Ribs” are definitely a downgrade from the previous version. Way too much fat compared to their former offering. We likely won’t be returning for “Big Fat” ever again
Very long wait for food after ordering
Drove 45 mins since there aren't any Fridays near us anymore. It was worth it, love the endless apps. I'm glad they take reservations because it was homecoming weekend!
The TV in the bar area has not worked properly for over a year. the color does not work
Great menu. Lots to choose from. Service was top notch!
Always a fun place and good food.
We got our appetizer quickly. And the rest of the meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
