I ordered the Cobb salad and received it with wilted and brown lettuce. My husband ordered and old fashion that was served not even close to being correct. Very disappointed

We had a birthday reservation for a table of 4. Seated by the host nicely, but the server took considerably long to get our first drinks. He brought one drink and then the last 3 drinks about 3-5 minutes apart. We ordered The classic appetizer platter with the boneless wings, pot stickers, loaded skins, and mozzarella sticks with chips and queso. He again brought the chips and queso like 3-5 minutes before the rest of the appetizers and the queso was still cold. The wings and pot stickers were good. The skins were mediocre at best and the mozzarella sticks were lukewarm. We didn't complain because things happen. Then it came to our entrees. We ordered a cheeseburger, a new york strip, a 6 oz sirloin, and a chicken sizzling platter. The cheeseburger was overcooked with a burnt bun, my girlfriend didn't eat anything after the first bite. My New York strip was a little overcooked for medium but not enough to complain; however, the sides were incorrect when i received my plate and there was a missing mac n cheese side. The sirloin was supposed to be medium and was extremely rare and got blood on all of the sides. It soaked the side of breaded fried shrimp which isn't appetizing. The chicken sizzling platter was the best thing and was delicious, but was never sizzling when it was brought to the table. The server never brought all the courses at the same time or the drinks. We paid and waited for out to go desserts until we flagged down the waiter to remind him. We had to flag him down multiple times for refills as well. This was my first TGIF experience and isn't representative of TGIF as a company or I will not be returning even for the beer.

I’d recommend you call and confirm your reservation. We arrived at the restaurant and they didn’t have our reservation. They were accommodating though, and got us seated quickly.

The service was horrible, we had to ask for the check and drinks repeatedly. It took over 2 hours to get all of our food and it was incorrect and cold. Nothing was offered and no manger intervened to help our server who was clearly overwhelmed.

Parent weekend rush was a problem for staff and customers. Didn't get any preference with Open Table reservation and got table on the walk in list timing.

Manager approved sundae dessert for one of our party whose order was wrong (but he ate the serving anyway).

While not great, they were ok, all things considered.

Overall, a great day! We had a couple more people come and they gave us more chairs! A total party of 16! Our server was amazing. The manager was great and even threw some jokes for us as well! We appreciate all the moms who worked on this special day! Thank you!!

Celebrated our son's graduation from Purdue. Jack Daniels chicken was outstanding! The combo appetizers with potential stickers and pretzels was perfect for our party of 7.

Overall experience was ok. They gave away our reservation and said the system for open table crashed so we ended up waiting on a table even though we got there 5 minutes early. Then the manager gave my son's meal to the table across from us so we had to wait 10 minutes or so after the rest of our food had arrived for him to get his. They did comp. It but it was still quite a mess as my son is only a year and a half old and was getting restless. Our server was very friendly and attentive and the food was good my steak was a perfect medium rare just as I had ordered it.

My coworker and I had bad luck all week with getting dinner throughout the Indianapolis area. We were confident that Friday’s would not let us down, and we were right! Solid food, and happy service.
Thank You!

The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the reservations they found my party and found room for us. I was waiting by the door and when i went to sit on the couches there were two big piles of spit on the floor. The restaurant was fairly empty, but it took forever to order our first round of food. We were sent a new waitress and she was much nicer and more helpful.
