TGI FRIDAYS - Kissimmee West
Let’s start that the waitress did her best. We came in with only a few people in there eating. It took forever to get food and when we did it was terrible. First time eating at a FRIDAYS in a long time and it will be even longer to eat at another.
Food was very good, our server Howard was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this TGI Fridays.
Nice place for post park dinner. They accommodated our large party (10+) and were a swift as they could be with service.
We had reserved a table through Open Table and the restaurant said they didn’t have it, even though I showed them an email confirmation. Staff were brusque and inattentive. Two of our party had steak but it was tough and partly inedible. Huge disappointment
Los platos de comida la porción muy pequeños.
They couldn’t accommodate reservation - or any of the people behind me.
Not enough servers, not enough cooks.
We went across the street to a Cracker Barrel.
We booked ahead and arrived only to be told that 3 staff had called in sick. This in itself happens and I was fine with it. I was not happy when I got told that we would have to wait 40mins in the lobby or our Car. With 2 children in our party of 5 we were not even allowed to wait at a table with a drink!! What is that all about (Policy change recommend Fridays). But to top it off I booked and left a contact number and email and they did not have the courtesy to contact me before I arrived as we would have been happy to delay our arrival as we were really looking forward to our first meal out since arriving in Florida. Shame on you Fridays leaving us stranded in an area we did not know.
The place was very dirty and the food was not cook correctly.
Set up a reservation, arrive and they tell me there’s a 40 minute wait even with a reservation. What is the point of a reservation if it means nothing? Will never come to this location again.
We are locals and we come in about once a week. I made a reservation on Open Table. When we got to the restaurant, we were told they don’t have a way to see Open Table reservations so we had to wait. We have seen many times, numerous parties walk out of the restaurant because no one came to seat them.
Made reservations for 430 didn’t get to eat til 6 and there was no more than 5 tables food didn’t even taste the best
The serving staff were friendly and really attentive
On arrival the room was so cold every one was putting jumpers on (those who had one). The food took an age to get to the table and when it arrived it was tepid my wife stopped me from complaining.
Good food, awesome service! Keisha was awesome! Will definitely be back.
I am sorry to say but every aspect of our dining experience was extremely bad. Started out with drinks that tasted awful, waiter forgot my tea, forgot to bring salad first, had the wrong meals, appetizer was cold. I could not believe that everything was so awful.
Good food! Reliable!
Had open table. Got glanced over for 45 minutes while people coming in after us were seated. Absolute joke.
15mins for drinks, steak so overcooked it was gray, and odd half club music ambiance.
The staff was nice though, albeit slow.
We had to wait much longer than expected because they said they just started using their service and had to work out the quirks. Also the service once we got seated was extremely slow and we weren't attended to as we should have been.
7:45 reservation, sat at 8:30, food by 9:15. Understaffed, open tables with no waiters on a Saturday night.
Service was terrible for our table and all around us
Sat outside. No server came outside until I went back inside to ask where our server was. Server very seldom came out to check on us. Result was empty drink glasses before server came back to see if we needed anything. Then another 5 minutes before she came back with refills.
Wasn’t too bad at all. A lot of the menu has changed, which was a downside. They got rid of a lot of favorites. It was more expensive then other TGIFs, but considering it’s a large city next to Disney I get the price jack up.
Had a bad experience at this restaurant. The waiter himself was great. Couldn’t do anymore for us. The problem was with the food order. We requested the chicken sandwich with no cheese. It arrived with cheese. We pointed this out to staff. They took tray away... and removed cheese but brought back same tray. Cheese taste still in the chicken and drops of cheese on side. Absolutely shocking. They get the order wrong and scrape off food.
Service was slow. No soda or CO2 - waiter was super nice and tried real hard to please customers.
We initally arrived and waited 10minutes to be seated. Even though the dining room was practically empty. There were perhaps 3 families currently eating.
Whilst still finishing the starters the main had arrived so was tepid once started to eat it
I had ordered a new york strip for a main. There was possibly more bone and grissle than juicy meat
The restaurant was empty save for three tables. We had a table of nine and drinks took about 25 minutes to arrive, while dinner took over an hour. Worst service ever! No offer of drink refills, dessert, or even a simple apology for the poor service. Very disappointed!
We went on a quiet night but our server was helpful and the food absolutely fine. Easy to find and plenty of parking and no waiting.
Used to go to FRIDAYS a lot but seems wherever we go service and food is not good. Waitress explained she was new so that was ok but waited forever for appetizer then meal. Hardly anyone in restaurant. Only wanted to go to FRIDAYS as haven’t been to this one in years and have points to use. Fridays used to be my favorite place years n years ago but stopped going to one on LI where I used to live as service got so bad n food not great. Guess it’s all over. Will try one more time in another neighborhood before taking off my list for good.
Very bad experience
Manager finally came over
Bad drinks Service also
All food cold and restaurant was almost empty
Pretty average Fridays by comparison to past Fridays that I’ve visted, not bad....just not memorable.
Food okay, service a bit slow, even though it wasn’t full
Poor poor poor... slow, luke warm and worst meal of the holiday .... and the place was virtually empty.... who knows what it would have been like if busy
Server was friendly, but service overall was slow.
Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience of my life. Lousy service. Lousy food. What else is there? I know that service everywhere in Orlando is pretty bad, but this place wins the prize. If you want to know more, read on... We waited 30 minutes for our waiter to even come to the table. Ordered a cocktail. It was mostly water. Brought it to the manager's attention. She replaced it with a large glass of wine, and told me she wouldn't charge me for it. But they did. Three of the 5 water glasses arrived cracked and broken. Finally got our food after another 30 minutes (an hour after we sat down). The order was inaccurate, and everything was cold. We would have done better to have bought a big bag of potato chips at a gas station than to have eaten here. Never again. And I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
My entire party of five came ordered one appetizer each and it took an hour and fifteen minutes for it to come out. Once the appetizers finally came out, our sliders were ice cold and the cheese was just thrown on there. We politely asked could we have them remade due to the fact that were cold and instead of remaking them, they put them in microwave.
Very few people in Resturant
Food was slow arriving
We got our food before appetizers
The manager apologized and comped the apps without us complaining or asking
Great food. Good experience!
Servicd was slow and server seemed like she hated life. Avoid at all costs
