   Food was average. Service was ok. Had to ask for another drink. Wasnt asked if wanted any sauces or anything. Toilets were filthy. Got given a menu with pages missing. Broccoli was off. Wont be going back

   When we arrived we told them we had made a booking and no one checked ( this was for my daughters birthday ) Waited over 50 minutes for food while restaurant was quiet Bill was incorrect at the end ( this was Amended ) Service was good Food was good

   We were greeted by the rudest person I've ever met in a restaurant. I told her I had a booking through opentable she the n responded by telling me "no you don't theres no booking so sit down for 40 minutes like everyone else" I then showed her the booking on my phone and she still refused to believe I had a booking so me and my wife left for dinner at olive garden which was fantastic. I'll be telling people in future to avoid open table and tgi fridays Orlando by a country mile

   Over priced for quality of food, 1 employee said they were out of a requested sauce, another brought it right to us... waited forever for our togo (frozen) cheese cake to be brought to us, sat with the check for about 15 minutes after waiting 15+ minutes for the check.....ps they were not busy and there was 1 other table seated.

   Service was very slow and our order wasn’t quite right. Would not recommend. The server was very nice - not sure if the kitchen was slow or what.

   They told us they don't take bookings and we has to wait an hour for a table. We has to get our own cutlery from a different table. Service was shocking.

   Our food was great - unlimited apetizers! Our drinks were great too, strange no prices on menu.....We were all very cold - we asked the server to get the aircon turned down....but it made no difference.

    AVOID! This is the worst TGI Fridays I've ever visited anywhere! Despite having a reservation were told that it didn't matter and it would be a 45 minute wait regardless. Staff were unapologetic and rude. If you're on holiday in Orlando and don't want to spoil an evening then I'd avoid this TGIs
