   The appetizers was good, however the entrees weren’t as expected. My pasta dish lacked seasoning, flavor. My son’s burger was overcooked. We got charge a service charge bc it was more than 6 of us I would assume, the waitress stated that it doesn’t go all to her, but to all the staff members...totally weird and unusual. This isn’t the type of restaurant I visit often, so I almost expected it to be mediocre. The mango peach lemonade was great!

   When we got there we were told that their open table reservations were down on the computer but that we would be seated fairly quickly, which we were after just a few minutes. They had very good deals on the food and it was pretty tasty. We were disappointed that they did not have any decaf coffee to go with our dessert. They said that their order had not come in. Service was good. Overall a good value for the prices

   We had the chicken Caesar wraps. Very fresh and tasty. The chips are a nice touch. The salad in the sandwiches were very crunchy. Our waitperson was nice an efficient. The only thing I do not like is every time I go into this Fridays they give us a hard time about the Open Table reservation and points. They absolve themselves from honoring the program and waste a lot of time at the front desk explaining. Either they are in or out. Corporate needs to make a decision.

   The chicken sandwiches that my husband and I ordered were very good and a lot of fries came with them. They had a Wednesday special and the sandwich was only $5.00! I have only one complaint and it is that when you tell the hostess or any other employee that you have a reservation with Open Table, they immediately respond with, "Oh, we don't do Open Table." HUH!!! This has been the fourth time this same restaurant has told me this. Well, if they don't do Open Table, then someone needs to call and take the restaurant off the website. So, every time I eat there I have to email Open Table so I can receive my points.

   We like T.G.IFridays for its fresh food and friendly waitstaff. This visit was no exception. The free chips and salsa for card members are always a nice touch. I tried one of their new menu items, a sizzling shrimp dish with udon noodles. It was good, but not great. I did not particularly care for the sauce which was thick, brown and too salty. My husband enjoyed his sizzling chicken and shrimp dish. I have had that before and it is very good. Our dessert, ice cream with oreo crumbs over it was tasty, but it could have been served colder as it melted rather quickly which took away from the taste and enjoyment.

    My husband and I love TGI FRIDAYS, so we chose to come on this end today and eat here since we're always dining in Pembroke Pines or Miami. I was a little disappointed since I'm always using "Open Table" for my lunch or dinner reservations, but the greeter stated that their system was down. So, I have to email my receipt for dining in order to receive my points. Appetizer- We selected the spinach and anti choke dip and it was pretty good. Adult beverage- I don't drink liquor, so I had a virgin strawberry daiquiri and my Husband a Modelo Beer, which he really like. Entree- I chose the shrimp and 1/2 rack of ribs, with broccoli and potatoes. Husband chose a whole rack of ribs with broccoli and potatoes. Our son didn't come, so we got him chicken fingers with French fries. Outcome- Our ribs were pretty good and the mashed potatoes. I didn't eat the broccoli because both mine and my Husband's wasn't green and fresh. The waitress brought some out again and still it was a mess. :-( Ambiance/Decorations- The restaurant was pretty loud, lots of children were here with parents. New tables need to be ordered as well as new menus for the restaurant. They both were sticky and disgusting. If I had to do it all over again, I would've chose the shrimp pasta. My husband said he would've chosen a different location because he know the food would've all been better. I may be back, but will choose a different time. *I love TGI FRIDAYS Points. We usually receive a free meal. Our son 's dinner was free. :-)
