   This location does not accept reservations so using open table to make a reservation was misleading. The service was ridiculously slow. Took two hours. Other customers left. We decided to wait.

   Arrived at the restaurant and was informed that there was no food. There was a laundry list of items out of stock which was so disappointing. We walked out.

   Eating at Friday’s was good...however they do not recognize online reservations like the open table app. Not sure why it’s even available to book.

   Don’t try to reserve a table with his app, my family and I went in and notified the host I made a reservation and he said we don’t do reservations you just walk in. If not for this experience and the fact the server forgot it was a birthday dinner (she didn’t bring out his desert) it would have been a better experience

   TGI FRIDAY in Hobart said they have not used Open Table in over a year. So it did no good to reverse it in advanced. And since it was Mothers Day we had to wait for over an hour. :(

   I would NOT recommend this establishment. The manager told me to make reservations through Open Table for my birthday dinner. When we got there we were told that we couldn't be seated until half our party was there. The manager with whom I spoke magically disappeared and we were told that they don't honor reservations, that its a first come first served. When I asked if that's the case why tell me to reserve seatingand why couldn't the people present be seated. They sat us down finally and there were 25 empty tables!! Why the hassle! They also sent the police over to our area and he watched our tables then entire time we ate. Any time someone left outside to smoke he followed them. What a horrible experience. I will absolutely NEVER go back. The food was not even worth it either. I will say our servers were nice. The manager on duty that night 5/6..Sucks rocks.

   Waiter from Terre Haute location was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was good and Open Table helped us secure a table with friends in town for a soccer tournament. Right choice for us!
