TGI FRIDAYS - Hanover-Arundel Mills
Great lunch with the in laws on a quiet Sunday. Quick service, hot tasty food, no complaints.
Food wasn't good at all, rush through job. I would never eat there again. Silverware was dirty, used plastic utensils. Only thing I would get again will be the glass of water.
Waited for 30 minutes for waiter to take our order. Got frustrated and left. He stopped by the table a few times telling us how busy he was, and managed to bring us water, but that was it.
Poor Service ! .
I would have been better off cooking dinner instead.. but i went beyond my instincts. From the time I sat down I was ready to leave! The services here are terrible , the waitress was very rude he came to my table every 20-30 minutes . The drinks I ordered was not what I asked for . The food came out half cooked ! . I wouldn’t recommend for no one to come here !!
Do not do reserved seating on the weekends! They don’t accept it and no one tells you until you get there and it’s a 45 minute wait!
I wasn’t high on the waitresses list to do. My waitresses came back May 3 times.
I had hair in my food. The waitress disputed with me on whether it was hair or not. Eventually, I received another sandwich but was not offered any kind of compensation or apology. I will not be eating or recommending the TGI Fridays to anyone.
Service slow. Took an exorbitant amount of time to get simple appetizers and meal.
Asked for broccoli on side, came on plate. Mashed potato garnished with chives but no mention on menu. Steak ordered medium was well done. Server inexperienced. Music unbearably loud. Overall not impressed.
Great food in a fun environment. Thanks TGIF for your support of Veterans!
Casual election night outing with awesome customer service from Corey @ Arundel Mills Friday’s.
Grandsons first recital
Staff was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Food was decent, but hopefully, Fridays will bring back endless appetizers, those are a hit.
My wife’s salad was good, my steak and shrimp was ok, my daughters pasta did the trick, spinach dip was salty and we had to ask for more chips, waiter did his best but went missing a couple times. They tried to deliver our food to the table beside us twice.
Our food was delayed 40 minutes because of some "snafu" with the order, although no one else appeared to have been affected. Tables were seated after us and got their food and left before we got stale chips and salsa to compensate for the wait. The food was overcooked and inedible when it was delivered and the server acted as if she had done us a favor by not charging for food we sent back. The place had the ambiance of a parking lot. Never again.
The food was good and cooked to the proper temperature.
Our server was very good. The ribs were great. They also have very good onion rings.
Everything was good. My new favorite thing is the French Dip. Other times That I’ve had it they were skimpy with the meat. This time made up for it.
Service too slow. Food slow.
Having booked a time with Open Table worked perfectly. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated right away!!! Many others waiting. Food was good and service was good.
It was great..
Friday's at Arundel Mills is always a good time out. It's also great that they now accept reservations with Open Table as it can get quite busy with a long wait. We will be going tomorrow for their Tuesday Happy Hour.
We waited for 30 min and were not seated after my time expired i left a real waste of my time when people walked in after mr and were seated 1st
The food was ok. My friend became sick after eating Sesame Jack Chicken Strips. The server was nice, attentive. This place is just ok, hit or miss.
We enjoy Friday near the Arundel Mills mall but it is always busy, especially for dinner. We didn't think they took reservations but they do. Skipped the usual hour wait at 6:00PM Saturday night and got seated in about 10 minutes.
Suggest everybody get a reservation.
The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She adjusted the heat because my family mentioned that we were a little chilly. The menu is great and the prices are affordable. Overall, a nice dining experience.
Good service. Satin bar area table, noise level was rather loud. Food was good and came quick.
Server was very nice but had very needy tables. Didn’t get to see him much. Could have used some help and everyone else seemed to hate their jobs. Paid an extra $5 for an extra side and was barely enough cheese for my side. Will not be doing that again. Hosts were great though!
Had the endless apps. The wait for your next refill order just takes to long. If it's going to be on your everyday menu then you need to speed things up.
This location was horrible i would not go again nor would i recommend here all of my food came out cold or not prepared properly myself ordered the unlimited apps it definitely was not as stated it took 20-25 mins before i recieved the the next appetizer after putting in new order i made one of the managers aware of my concerns and quality of my food she was absolutely no help neither did she assist the situation i my self and the rest of my party left very displeased and for all these reasons and more i would not return to tgi fridays
It was fantastic.... Food is always on point especially the RIBS
I love the food
Our server Emily was fabulous. Everyone worked as a team and it made out dining experience wonderful. Kudos to the staff.
Went for weekday dinner with spouse. Hostess refused to seat us in booth, despite requesting a booth in the reservation AND asking for one while being led to our table. At least our waiter was nice. Ordered endless apps. Fried Pickles were ok. Meatballs were mushy. Mozzarella Sticks were good. BBQ Chicken Flatbread was good, but the flatbread was soft, unlike most flatbreads, which are crispy. Boneless Wings were ok. Everything was spectacularly average; it's not worth more than the $10 per person you pay for it. I mean...this is TGI Fridays; if you're expecting great food, you've come to the wrong place.
No complaints. Server was on top of everything. Food was hot
This birthday celebration started off poorly--our Open Table reservation was for 7:00 p.m. We did not get seated until 7:30. The manager did work hard to make up for the delay with discounted appetizers and more attention. Food was fine.
The ribs were a little tough this time but flavor was good.
Got endless apps. We got are first order right away. We never received our second order even after waiting for an hour. After we asked for our check the reorder came. We turned it away and paid our check.
Not bad and not good
