From the time we got to Fridays things went wrong. We were told we didn't have a reservation because my party of 4 wasn't big enough. So we ended up waiting...which was my mom's birthday dinner, on a table.
Fast forward to the table. It took about 15 minutes before the dirtiest, scruffiest waiter decided to saunter over but not before picking his nostrils with two fings and using same fingers to attempt to hand us napkins. Uh...no thank you. I politely asked him to wash his hands and that's when it got even worse. He began being rude to my mother, we couldn't understand anything he was saying and he stood so far from our table not looking at us when he got back to "take our drink order". I immediately requested another server. He then comes back to the table as if to confront me about asking for someone else. We were packing up to leave and the manager came over and apologised and introduced our new server.
The saving grace for that night was that young lady who ended up being our server. She was genuinely sweet, polite and although we were hungry and frustrated by then, her sweet attitude overshadowed any lingering negativity.
Oh, our previous server still had to take care of all the tables around us and anytime he walked past, he rolled his eyes at me. It was very disturbing. He was rude to a couple other tables as well but not as rude as he was to us. They need to have a stern talk with him because he's extremely rude and unsanitary.

Definitely one of the better TGI Friday's in the area. We were seated ahead of our reservation time, the wait staff were nice, our server was accessible and "stayed in touch." The only thing is they don't tell you about any specials unless you specifically ask. Food was good and timely.

When we got there, we were told that they do not take Open Table reservations. So we waited and although we requested a booth and there were booths available, we got a table. The service was slow, the food was not hot and they started to serve our food to the next table (no one seemed to know what table the food was for).

Arrived at restaurant to be told they do not accept Open Table reservations. Restaurant was less than half filled. Promised 10 minute wait became 20 minutes before we were seated. Service was extremely slow, servers claimed they were understaffed. Food was as expected. This restaurant should not be listed as reservable on Open Table

They did not honor the reservation through open table so don't waste your time. The manager there heard our issue and ran to the back leaving the hostess to say they don't honor reservation.

This location does not receive opentable reservations. Fortunately, I had called to upgrade the reservation from 4 to 8. Which still didn't do me any good, because they only do reservations for 10 or more. Everything else about the experience was typical for Friday's. The wait was the most annoying part.

We went to the TGIF on a Friday evening after a movie with co-worker. Reservation on Open Table worked well since restaurant was crowded. Staff very friendly. Asked to sit at a table that had just been vacated and needed to be cleaned and that was done quickly. On a side note, my friend had gotten a small cut and was bleeding. Not fault of the restaurant. Our server, Mariah, contacted the manager (forget to get her name) and she brought several size bandages which was very considerate. Mariah was really attentive even on a busy evening. Food was good and drink changes were handled patiently. Kudos to the staff all the way around.

BEWARE if they are busy on a Saturday night, try may not honor your reservation. I had reservations for 12 people at 6:00 on a Saturday night and they told me at the front counter that they don’t take reservations, even on OpenTable. After waiting 15 minutes, the gentleman that sat us, told me that they did. I guess the people at the front just didn’t want to be bothered...

I experienced the slowest service ever today. I was displeased that my pasta dish was served on a skillet not a plate. Oh amd it was room temperature not even hot. My son ordered endless apps and it took about 10 plus minutes to replenish five boneless wings each time. I added dessert and I was served the brownie obsession not whiskey Tennessee cake. I informed the server it wasn't correct and waited 30 minutes before it was corrected and paying for the check with the manager. Some bday lunch with my kids. (A little advice if someone order their food when placing their drink order could mean they have little time to waste.)

For Friday evening at 5 pm . Staff needs to work on better customer service. Staff young just hung out by the register until food was ready. They should instead be asking their customer is they were in need of refill or any other item. Must be very valuable the table intensional. Nine given until after the food had arrived and I request I need some to eat my food. Is staff concern or overworked rolling their own napkin and utensil.

I made a reservation for a party of 10 for my birthday. Upon arriving on time, it still took 45 minutes to be seated. This completely defeats the purpose of a reservation. After being seated, our service was extremely poor. A party of 10 is a huge opportunity to make a large amount in gratuity but our waitress did not capitalize. Our food was delayed, there was no silverware provided, our drinks came after the food and the refill on the appetizers took forever. My entire table order endless apps on top of entrees and we ended only getting about one round because our service was so poor. On top of that, my waitress had an attitude and was making smart remarks to my party. Needless to say my overall dinner experience here was beyond poor and I will never EVER be dinning here again or bringing business there. Glad it was not the last stop on my birthday or my night would have been completely ruined!

I was very disappointed when I arrived at 6;50pm to be told that my party wasn't going to be able to be seated, because we was late. I called and talked to a manager to inform them that I might be a little late. I was told ok and they will work on the sitting. Then the waitress was very unprofessional sat down while taking our orders. We had 14 people in our party which mean we had 4 square table she sat at table 1 and talked to table 3 to ask what drinks they wanted. then decided to get out and go to table 3. drinks took forever and it wasn't crowded waited. The manager had to take out order for food because our waitress took forever to return. We had to ask for silverware, napkins and water . Our bills was all messed up I had a chicken quesadilla, endless wings and French fries and 1 Hennessey drink. My bill was $100.00 ridiculous. people had to continue to send their bills back. One couple gave the waitress their card to pay and it took 20-25 minutes for them to receive their card back.
Overall I was not please at all with the service thank goodness for the manager believe his name was Antwon.
We sat over an hour waiting to get out the checks correct. bad service
