This TGI Fridays location, for which Open Table confirmed a reservation, was not in fact open on Christmas 2019. We had to scramble to find another place to eat. Thumbs down!

The only reason I came here was because I had a random gift card to use and boy, would I have been upset if I was spending my own money on this meal/experience. I brought my toddler here for dinner and the entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of absurd. My server was terrible; She literally just walked over to my table and stood there looking at me until I said hello to HER first. A ginger ale and "kid's" water (which is just in a regular-sized plastic to-go cup, by the way) took over 15 minutes. I made the mistake of asking for an additional few minutes to review the menu, which translated to her taking another 15 minutes to revisit my table. After I finally ordered, I'd been there for 45 minutes which, as anyone with a toddler will know, is already pushing it. The food took over a half hour to come out and was awful. I got the cajun chicken & shrimp pasta to share with my little one and also ordered a size of macaroni and cheese. The mac & cheese bowl was unbelievably scalding hot but, ironically, the actual mac & cheese itself was out-of-the-refrigerator cold. It was undoubtedly leftover food that was re-warmed, which is disgusting, especially considering it cost $4. My chicken & shrimp pasta was completely flavorless and bland, sporting a grand total of four over-cooked shrimp and about 4 or 5 chunks of mangled-looking, equally-flavorless chicken hidden here and there throughout. The most frustrating part was the check-out process, which literally left me red in the face. It took over ten minutes for her to run my gift card and then she never brought the remaining check over. Another ten minutes went by before she seemed to remember I was waiting to finish cashing out. Meanwhile, she spent several minutes at the other tables in my section, showing no consideration for me having a child in tow who was in complete hysterics by that time. The whole thing was infuriating and I will absolutely never return to a TGI Fridays, gift card or not.

The entire restaurant was full of un-bussed tables, bus boys throwing fits, hardly anyone working. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes even though I had a reservation. The guy realized he had to sit me with the reservation. Our server was trying very hard to keep us happy but all the food was overcooked, even our appetizer. Our beer was flat, the place was a mess and you could see no one was happy.

Before i ordered i let the waitress know i had a coupon that if you order two drinks and an entree you get one free. i asked her if there was only certain meals that you could use it with and she said no.The steak was very tough and hard to chew. We ordered a extra salad but did not receive dressing for it.We asked two times and never received the dressing for salad. At the end of my meal they told me that the coupon was not going through.I asked her nicely if she could ask the manager and they did approve it.When i got home i looked at my receipt and they charged me $2.00 more for one of the meals but me and my husband ordered the same exact thing. We came here for our 23rd anniversary and was very disappointed.

Wasn’t that pleased with the visit this evening. Also, the restaurant is extremely dark at night. They need to brighten up the restaurant and also the service was extremely slow in the kitchen, but our waitress was nice.

The fryer was down. We had children with us so the menu was definitely limited for them. It was also for adults, but more choices. There were no accomodations made. We chose to stay, yes. But we expected some equitable substitutes for the meal items not available. Waitress was nice, but we just felt a manager would have come to greet us, make apologies, and possibly offer a small token to say "Thank you" for dining with us in spite of limitations on menu items. We made the best of it.

We came for an early dinner so we could see a movie after we ate. There were maybe 8 other people in the restaurant. We waited at least 10 minutes before a server, who had passed our table a number of times and had nothing to do, finally acknowledged us. She apparently had no idea that our table was assigned to her. When our food finally arrived, it was awful. There’s no way that the steak, which was cold and sitting in partially congealed butter, was worth $22. The “loaded” fries had a little bit of cheese and a couple of pieces of imitation bacon. Drink refills, straws, sour cream, each took a long time to arrive. Too bad.
