   We used to eat at the Fridays almost weekly but stopped coming in so frequently a few years ago. Our friends suggested it for an evening out so we decided to give it a try again. I reserved a table on OpenTable and was super happy that I wouldn't have to wait when we arrived. The greeter was extremely rude and didn't seem to understand what OpenTable was. The server was fantastic and she truly tried her best but, the food took almost 50 minutes to arrive at the table. The restaurant wasn't even half full so it really shouldn't have taken this long. She was super kind and did keep us updated on the time table for food arriving which we appreciated. I will go back at some point but probably not until a friend invites us out again and we feel obligated.

   We had a RESERVATION for 2 at 6pm. Checked in at 5:50. Was ignored and had to ask several times how long we would have to wait with no answer. Several Hosts appeared to not know what they were doing. Finally got seated around 6:30 after they sat many “signed in” guests first. Service at the table was poor as well. Will not be choosing that location any time soon!

   We had a reservation and were served 30 minutes late, after 3 large parties without reservations were seated before us. The hostess said they were waiting for someone to clear off the table. We looked at the table she was talking about, and it had been cleaned the whole time. You were clearly severely understaffed!!! Will not be returning to this restaurant again!!!

   Brownie obsession was amazing! But the pink cotton candy martini was disappointing. I read the ingredients and no where did it say that it had lemon juice. It tasted like a drink that had sour mix in it when it should have only pineapple juice and other juices that were not sour. Not sure if bartender picked up the incorrect juice when mixing it. It gave my friend heartburn from how sour it is. Overall experience was okay.

   When we arrived we had to actually greet the hostess to recognize we were there..not sure what she was doing. Then when we were seated the Waiter did not acknowledge us until after 5 mins of being there, said he would be right with us while running by. When he finally took our drink orders 10 mins into our arrival we also asked for a kids menu, since we were not given one. Asked about the endless app deal and were told they only had 3 of the 5 items. He then brought our drinks, but still no kids menu, ran and got that then wanted to take our order, but we just got the kids menu....so he said he would give us a moment...that turned into another 15 mins....we had a hungry 2 yr old, we were hungry and a waiter who just kept saying "Be right there, Be right Back". He maybe had 2 other tables. It was a Saturday night, but wasn't that busy! We finally left! Terrible terrible service!

   At first they were apprehensive to honor the reservation, but after a few minutes decided to seat us. Server was prompt, but food took a very long tike to arrive. Food service handed a member of our party a plate that was so hot it burned their finger and created a blister. Food was mediocre at best. This location started out with a lot of promise and service but has slipped significantly over the years.

   If you are looking for a pretty good drink its ok but for food its was on the low end

   Workers seem like they don't have a clue how to do their jobs. Prices on menu don't match the bill, they overcharge, not a great place at all.

    Waited 20 minutes and never got waited on. No employee even said hi or greeted us. We left and ate someplace else. Worst service ever. Highly dissatisfied and will never return.
