   Has to be one of the worst when restaurants terrible service the food was so bad the franchise owner of this place should be ashamed that he charges any money to get in I mean the food is really bad

   I enjoyed my experience immensely. Alison is a fantastic server. She anticipated my needs and I received my food and drink in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my rewards points, and was always smiling. As someone in the restaurant business, I truly appreciate the wonderful service she provided.

   Midiocre at best. The server was very nice but the presentation and Food was nothing at all special.

   The hostess, Antoinette, did a great job of seating us and telling us that Jon would be our server. Jon was friendly and attentive, and took care of everything we needed.

   My experience was wonderful from start to finish. My server, Emma, was outstanding. From anticipating my needs with a water refill after I had finished half of my first glass, to extra sour cream for dipping the chips in, to being friendly and attentive, I was highly impressed. I will be back, and I will be requesting her for every visit.

   Our server, Chris, did a fabulous job. Even when there was an issue with the temperature of my friend’s burger, he fixed it right away! We will be requesting Chris every visit from now on.

   Our server was extremely slow even though the restaurant was not busy at all. The manager appeared a couple times, but she never asked how we were doing. I’m disappointed, since we have received better service in the past. However, the server did honor my discounts.

    Went for lunch after University basketball game, had perfect service from the waiter, my husband had very low blood suger and he need a sugery drink, which the waiter fetched right away for him. Excellent. Food was good, would go again.
