   Menus were sticky - several of them. Servers were great but the food was super mediocre. Mixed drinks had more ice than liquid. It was fine, but I can think of lots of other places I'd go for a burger before heading back there.

   Server, Alex was busy with a party table and was not attentive to our needs. I’ve been a server for several years. He should’ve had a team member or manager assist him with refilling drinks and cashing us out as we had to wait for both of these things to be done.

   We reserved a table on open table and we were there on time. On arrival both hosts told me to wait open table didnt send my reservation.we had to wait 20min to be seated and food came at 9pm. My kids wanted leave at tjat point! I didnt hey my food 20min after every one else ate ! And my chicken can very cold :( i struggled to get our waiter till i just ate my cold food. When he came he asked me if he can just take it back! After 10min for real ??😈 Am not sure we will go back. They need to do something about the service and food. Another time the bar man was so ride to me and my friend we had to leave.we just went to another bar at 7pm . no need to deal with with these people any more.

   The ribs were a little overcooked and dry however the waitress was very attentive and did a great job!!

   I could not even bite into my chicken . It was as if it had been defrosted in the microwave and it was like shoe leather. It killed my appetite. I would not return. Unlike some other reviews the service was quite good.

   Although the menu is pretty consistent and the food is decent, the service at this location was lackluster. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a simple order -- 2 burgers, 2 appetizers, and 2 kids meals. Then, it took another 30 minutes for the kids to get their desserts. The restaurant was not very crowded so there really was no excuse for the poor service.
