   We ordered the $10 burger soda and app meal but were over charged until I questioned the bill and were not told a lemonade did not count.

   Food was really bad. I would rather go somewhere else and have good food. They gave you like no French fries and the burger tasted like it was microwaved.

   So “shoutout” to TGIF Friday’s Everett, I will NEVER be going back, thanks for making me set up my own birthday dinner and getting menus and EVERYTHING!! When I made reservations 5 days in advance even telling you I had 2 babies I CANNOT believe the service we received! I get there 15 minutes early and NOTHING is done, and to top it off you tell me to “just take that spot over there, and push the tables together” are you serious???? There was 12 of us including 2 babies!!! I’m good, I’m all set with y’all! Have a good day peeps

   Service was super slow. Food took almost an hour to come out. 3 out of the 4 people at the table had an issue with their order, like missing sides, missing dressings, or including stuff that was asked to be removed. Drinks on the other hand were very good. The table had just been cleaned when we were seated. There were multiple puddles of water, and the host said he would come back with a towel. However, he never came by, and when our waiter did, he just grabbed a couple of bar napkins from his pocket and put them down for us, which weren't enough. We ended up getting paper towels from the bathroom instead.

   My boyfriend and I usually love coming here and it’s usually our go to place ! But this time the host, the service and the food was horrific. We get seated in the bar area ( fine.), we have now been sitting for twenty minutes with no water or chips or anything and no one has even greeted us. My boyfriend then goes up to the host and complain and they say they’ll send someone over. Now my kids are complaining about being hungry and thirsty, another twenty mins till by and nothing. The host tells us the waiter is changing and clocking in now... at this point I want to leave but I stay. Ten mins roll by and the waiter comes with water and drinks for the kids. Taking our order as normal and then the food comes. Horrible wings, burnt kids chicken and horrible fries.
