A quiet New's Years at Friday's. Food was good and service was attentive. Drinks were generously poured. Also was next to the movie we were going to.

It is what it is. Lots of average food, decent atmosphere reasonable prices. Hard working servers. None of the employees knew what open table was, had to explain it to them so they would understand why we told them our name and res. time.

T.G.I. Friday’s doesn’t have any open table kiosk so don’t email me saying that I wasn’t there! I talked to the hostess and the manager. They don’t even know who you are so y’all need to fix that. I missed out on 300 points because of this. They don’t have any kind of reservation app for open table. I would NOT recommend TGI Friday’s to any Open Table members because I keep telling open table that this restaurant doesn’t honor open table. Every single time for years I have to show my receipt to get my points and the open table people do not listen! They ignore what I say! I don’t like having to remember to keep my receipt. Every other restaurant I don’t have to do this. T.G.I. Friday’s doesn’t have a reservation kiosk and they don’t even know what open table is!!! It’s ridiculous!!!

I told the hostess to make sure she checked us in, so I would get my OpenTable points. She said she didn't know what open table was, or anything about points. I know she never checked us in because she was also waiting on tables and immediately sat us and gave us the menus. She had no idea what I was talking about and was very confused.
