TGI FRIDAYS - East Madison

GM and hostess were good, but the server didn't even try. She showed up 10 min after we sat down and only saw us to take our order and to give us our bill. The food that we received wasn't correct and we received no silverware. We had to flag down the GM to fix it. Overall disappointing since I have enjoyed the food at several other locations without issue.

We had an excellent server named Q. He was very attentive. The reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is not because of him. The 4 star review was because the kitchen took forever to get the food out and it was super slow due to a snow storm.

Good food, but service was not attentive

Waitress was very busy, looked short handed with staff but she was awesome. The food was not to the standards we come to expect but willing to write it off as a bad night.

Our server was great, even though staff was very shorthanded. He handled it extremely well. We were not impressed with the food, overall appearance and cleanliness of this location. Mgmt might want to pay a little more attention to the little things to make this a more desirable place. We will not be coming back.

Our server was amazing, but the restaurant is always SO COLD. We have to keep our coats on. Also the bathrooms are disgusting.

We arrived early, but were seated promptly. Service was slow, but our server was pleasant and apologetic. The entire staff was really moving as fast as they could. (Said short handed). The ribs are spectacular with the Jack Daniels sauce! We’ll come back at a later time, as it was much quieter at the time we left.

Good food, good service

Service is always a little slow, but the food is good. No offer of more water or soda or even bar drinks... either the staff is bad or not trained well.

We don't have a TGI Friday where we live so we like to go to restaurants that we don't have at home. It took forever to get our food and we we're dining with our nine year old nephew, the server was nice but slow - he seemed preoccupied, the food was good but not out of this world. For the time of evening and the lesser crowd I was expecting to get in and out in about an hour not an hour and forty five minutes.
